A great place for a quick bite to eat while shopping all of the great stores in Michigan city outlet mall. It’s counter service and then Seat yourself. The prices were amazing. The tacos Mexican style were perfect. The rice and beans were great. Everything tasted wonderful.

A nice little stop off inside the outlet mall.
When you go in, walk your way to the back where the counter is. I was confused by this… there was no obvious sign for me to see.
It is fast food… not a sit down place. Sure you can sit, but you must order at the counter and they will bring your food to you.
I ordered the steak tacos and got my kids some pork tortas.
It was so good. Didn’t feel horrible after it either and it didn’t break the bank.

Hungry, didn’t want a hotdog, didn’t want to leave the mall so came here and was pleasantly surprised. Food is all prepared to order, steak & pork tacos were very good. Wife had a burrito which was huge and good. Prices were reasonable but everything is a-la-cart.

If you are looking for simple but tasty Mexican food, I’ve found just the place! I started with their great guacamole and chips with a pineapple Jarisco soda. Then came the Chile’s rellaños, seasoned rice and refried beans. Two giant(!) pablano peppers were stuffed with melted Muenster cheese and onions and lightly fried. The place had just opened for the day so it was pleasantly quiet sitting in the unstuffy dining room enjoying my meal. The staff was kind, friendly and respectful so if you need a break for shopping at the outlets, stop in and enjoy a good meal. ¡Gracias!

There is no waiter and you have to place the order yourself at the window, they confused our order and as the guy was bringing the food to the table shouted “TALK TO ME, TALK TO ME!” I simply replied, “it’s not my food” he took the tacos to the correct table and said “I guess people don’t talk”. The other problem is that the food was very over priced for the quality. The meat was very fatty and I took a picture of the fat in just one torta. The same man that brought us our food told a different family “I did a good job so you’re going to tip me, right?” Just plain rude

I have never noticed a Mexican restaurant this side(center) of the mall. I picked up 2 steak tacos Mexican style. It was reasonably priced and delicious. I have tried a few tacos from others in Michigan City, this place stands out. Service is fast and friendly. The tortillas were soft and steak is flavorful. My son said it was deliciously different with each bite. I’ll be back to get a few more.

I am a first time customer, the food here is horrible. How do you serve tacos and burritos cold? The only thing hot was my rice and that seemed undercooked. It was a waste of $50 dining in with my children and I. I threw an entire burrito in the garbage. I will never eat here again.
