This place was much smaller than in the pictures. The name even changed to Tela504. There were lots of people asking for money at the entrance and would fiollow you to the car. The music I feel was too loud for how small the place was. The people asking for money at the door would come in and harass you for money. No one from the restaurant would tell them to leave. Some people where doing deals like selling shoes to customers inside the restaurant.
We were never told the tip was included, and they would just tell you the total without us seeing the cost of things. I am almost sure I was overcharged for my portion, and everyone in our least felt the same way. We payed it because we just wanted to leave. We were followed by several people asking for money. The ones at the entrance were just smoking week and taking to themselves.
Very scary place to be.

Definitely the best in Charlotte!!! It was my first time dining here yesterday…I stopped in for lunch. It was so good, I had to take my sister the same day for dinner. You know its gotta be good if I want to eat there twice in the same day lol

Everything is fresh and delicious. The portion size is DEFINITELY worth coming here and VERY reasonable pricing. This place gets my recommendation for others to come here

Food was great. Service was a step above terrible. The most annoying part of our experience was the 15% service charge on the bill. No idea where that comes from. And then they give suggestions on tipping??? Very awkward. I dont know if the service charge is the tip? There were only 4 of us eating. Won’t be back because of that. Too bad, cause the food was quite tasty.

I came at a very busy time but was able to get one of the last 2 tables available. I don’t speak Spanish but the waitresses spoke English so no problems there. Got the Fajitas Mixtas. It was excellent! My waitresses were kind and checked on me from time to time and so I got excellent customer service. They had a pretty good sized menu with plenty of variety. A big TV on the wall silenced but on the sports channel. It was a pleasant dining experience.

waitress walked away from my table several times while trying to order, we could never get enough straws for our table, employees were giving our table looks and seemed like they were taking about us and didn’t want us there. it was a party of 7 and we planned on tipping well, we ended up leaving after asking for more straws for the 3rd time and still one of us didn’t have one. i looked up as soon as i saw her still not sit down enough and she was already speed walking away. they didn’t make us feel welcome at all.
