I’m kind of a Pho snob, and thought I would try this place. I got the beef w/shrimp wontons pho. It was real good. Not as traditional as your typical Vietnamese pho place, as they don’t bring out all the extra stuff (hot sauce, sprouts, jalapenos, etc..), they just work most of that in already. My only criticism is that I would want more shrimp wontons next time, those were great! Service was on point and the food was great.

This Thai fusion restaurant at Short North was impressive. Their food was innovative and delicious. The room was lovely a great bar. It could also hold a party. Service was amazing. WiFi was fast.
We ordered the restaurant week combo. The lemongrass soup was great but too spicy for us as an appetizer. The gentleman helped us replace it with the Japanese cucumber and crab salad. It tasted refreshing and sweet. The seafood basil entree had the same spicy lemongrass broth as the soup. There were fresh scallops, mussels, shrimps, fried fish, and noodles. We really enjoyed it. The fried fish and scallops tasted amazing. The dessert called sticky rice with mangos was authentic and decent. The cocktail was also great.
Everything was delicious. The spicy level could be extremely high. Servers were wonderful. They even helped me charge my phone. Definitely will be back for more.

I came here to order takeout for a movie date night. I went to the restaurant directly, because I was on hold over the phone for 5 minutes. I was told it would be 15 minutes, but it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The waitstaff were apologetic; there is a new chef and he was really struggling. They even gave me $40 towards my next meal, which was very kind. The problem is that after a very long wait, the food was terrible. The pad Thai noodles were all soggy and congealed together. My date’s fried rice was soggy and the chicken tasted off. The vegetables in both dishes were limp. I wish they had communicated that the kitchen was jammed up and so that we could go elsewhere.
No hard feelings, because it’s clear everyone was trying their best and ppl were really friendly. But the food was rough.

I ordered the Shrimp wonton Pho via Uber Eats and I was highly disappointed. There absolutely no shrimp in any of the wonton. Additionally, they didn’t rinse off/clean any of the veggies. There was literal debris of dirt that felt like sand on the veggies. The broth itself taste amazing. For $13 for shrimp wonton soup with literally no shrimp is highway robbery. The wontons also taste like they were a day old. I will not be ordering from them again!

I went to Lemongrass for Valentine’s with my husband and two kids.
We really enjoyed our time. The service was great, the food was delicious. We ordered Pad Thai and Pho and the portions were generous so we could all share and it was delicious.

I’ve had childhood memories coming to this restaurant back in the early 2000’s. I left Columbus but came back to Lemongrass on my last trip in town. The food did not disappoint. The customer service was great. For a restaurant operating this long in a competitive market, try it out. Support the business.

Lemongrass was an okay spot to stop and have a quick bite to eat! Great sushi options but the cocktails and chicken sate was nothing to go back for to be honest. Otherwise, a good new spot to check out. Might need a little vibe makeover but the customer service was EVERYTHING – great team there!
