The Rainbow Roll had a great sushi-to-rice ratio, and the sushi rice itself was the best I’ve had in quite a while—perfectly done and beautifully presented, even with the meal arriving via delivery.
The Lump Crab Avocado Salad was on the small side as well, though undeniably delicious. It honestly just felt like an extra handful of greens would go a long way for little cost. That said, the presentation was still lovely and the balsamic truffle dressing was fantastic.
Ordered delivery this time around while I was under the weather and trying not to spread the joy, but it definitely made me want to go back and enjoy it in person.
The highlight of my meal was the Tom Yum soup — it was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice, sourness, and richness. The flavors were authentic and fresh, and the aroma alone was mouthwatering.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of the food and the experience they provide.
If you’re a fan of Asian cuisine or just looking to try something new and flavorful, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back
We’ve been coming here for years. Sure, there are occasional off days- like when the Singapore Noodles come out overcooked and soggy; but overall, they’re consistently solid. The same can’t be said for the sushi lately.
Dishes like Hawaiian fried rice, Singapore noodles, Pad Thai, Kapow chicken, lemongrass fried rice, spicy cashew chicken, pineapple sesame chicken, and more are in our regular rotation, and they’re almost always phenomenal. We always order extra-extra-extra spicy, and they accommodate every time. That part of the experience is still really great.
Unfortunately, the sushi has gone seriously downhill recently, to the point where I can no longer justify ordering it.
We used to never place an order without at least a volcano roll. Now, it rarely comes with the sauces it’s supposed to have. The seafood on top isn’t as rich or fresh as it once was. We always order without avocado, but the last time it arrived loaded ONLY with massive, chunky pieces of old, brown avocado and the roll completely fell apart. The rice didn’t stick at all. It also came with just soy sauce, nothing else.
The first time we tried the Deep Blue Sea roll, it was perfect: fresh mayo, all the right sauces, crispy tempura, plenty of crab, and delicious spicy tuna. This most recent order? Wrong sauces, stale-tasting tempura, and barely any crab.
I’m honestly at a loss for what happened to the sushi quality. It’s become far too inconsistent over the last 2–3 months, despite multiple attempts to give it another chance. I can’t justify spending extra on a “sushi treat” anymore. I’m really hoping management will look into this. I’d be happy to update this review to its deserving 5 stars.
