First 2 visits was cool. 3rd time a hot mess. I should’ve known it was coming. I ordered a 5 piece dark, they burnt it. By time I got home, get to tryna eat, it’s extremely hard. Couldn’t even enjoy. I called up there to let them know I was disappointed cause any other time my food was fine. The manager OFFERED to replace it, even if didn’t bring back that night what I had already started eating. Mind you he OFFERED to do that, I did not ask for that. I just had wanted to let them know I was highly disappointed for future references, cause yall can’t just be burning ppl food. So the next day, I went by to pick up the replacement order he offered. I went on the inside this time. I was very patient, yet very observant. It was SO ghetto behind that register. All over the place. If it wasn’t for the lady on drive thru (just before I was getting ready to walk out, cause my face changed & I think she noticed) … they was gone try to have me sitting there all night like I was irrelevant, my guess is because I was there for a replacement. I sat there about 30 minutes. Also the chicken was overcooked AGAIN. Lets just say I’m glad the lord has been doing a work in me. It’s very hard to say I’ll ever come back to this spot.

My uncle said the food here was good. I noticed the bright Monroe high school colors and that it looked like an old check cashing place. Bright lights inside/ large menu board/smelled like cleaning supplies. Cafeteria style seating inside. Every part of the chicken fried, also fried fish, burgers, chicken Alfredo and easy sides. Great prices and big portion. Everything fresh and hot. The fries are not anything special but they were abundant. I didn’t taste any signature lemon pepper on anything. Maybe the snapper had a little lemon pepper taste but not much. The two snapper combo were great price but fried too hard and were dry. I appreciate the large lemon slices. I asked for yellow rice-they gave me fries instead. The food didn’t take long and the servers were nice and helpful. The chicken was fried well but the taste wasn’t signature. We will turn into chickens eating all this bird. It would be nice to have some baked or blackened fish options, quality lettuce & veggie salad or other non-fried sides. The corn was basic. Gizzards were ok! Only had cheesecakes listed, no other desserts. Again great prices and portion sizes.

While visiting family I stopped by this restaurant and ordered to go. I ordered the fish and gizzards and I specified catfish not tilapia. The gizzards were burned to a crisp and tasted horrible. I didn’t eat the tilapia fish because that’s not what I ordered. The french fries had this greasy wet consistency. The batter that was used for the fish felt like a Brilo pad. Please tell customers about the seasoning that is sprinkled on top of the food. Is that dry ranch seasoning? Horrible combination! Nonetheless I will never eat at this restaurant again. Please the receipt. I know there are better places to order fish in Albany, GA.

Went to this restaurant during lunch the service was so slow they were totally unprepared for the lunch crowd they had us form two lines. The person that finally after more than a twenty minute wait had the nerve to be rude when asked a question. After all of that when I did get the time eat the chicken wings they were overcooked and flavorless, my money was just thrown away. I will never visit this restaurant ever again.

I ordered the catfish & chicken lunch special and an order of fried tomatoes. The tomatoes are to die for. The chicken was crispy but could use a bit more seasoning. The catfish was good. Nice clean, fresh flavor. The price was very nice and portions where very good. Will definitely go again. The one thing I found peculiar was a place called lemon pepper had no lemon or lemon pepper available.

The food wasn’t bad. I really like the salads. I knownitvtakes time to prepare some of the foods ordered, but to wait almost 30 mins for food and then have things missing out my bag, but was charged for them is an issue. If people have to wait that long for food then make sure everything is in the bag. They take their time bringing the food anyway. So take the time to make sure everything ordered is in the bag.

This was my first time here. I ordered the 2 wings and shrimp lunch special with 2 8 piece wing meals. The only thing good on my plate was the shrimp. My fries were cold, soft and tasteless(even with the white stuff on it) I love crispy chicken but this was cooked so hard maybe even refried and or old. Definitely was a waste of my money and I won’t be going back. The customer service of the lady that took my order was great to bad the food doesn’t match her personality.
