The second star is for the food as it was good, but sadly the service was abysmal. No courteousness. No accountability. No transparency.

Our server arrived to our table frustrated and irritable. We asked if there was a kids menu for three children 10 and under and she responded with a simple “no”. No further options or suggestions from regular menu.

It took over an hour for our main courses to arrive. Half the party of nine had completely finished their meals before the rest got theirs. The explanation was that the kitchen ignored her instructions. Then, the server felt compelled to advise us to come again on a weekday for better service. No, thank you: we would rather go to one of the other hundreds of Thai cuisine restaurants in the metro ATL area with hopes of equally good food and better service on a weekend.

Finally, the bill comes (and as the picture shows) good luck knowing what you were charged for when it finally did come out (see pic). Then, it made sense why we couldn’t find her for 30 min while inquiring about the timing of our entrees, she knew she had a 20% gratuity regardless. Then there is a clear price discrepancy between several items on the bill and the menu price. Our server unapologetically explains that we missed the sign when we came in saying the menu prices are basically suggestions.

Yes, we missed this “prices are not what you see” sign hidden under a plant when we walked in-thanks.

Great service. Amazing staff. Delicious food. But for fellow vegetarians a little note that Penang curry smells a little bit like fish sauce. I would avoid that next time. And next time I will ask the staff for a recommendation which is popular with vegetarians

This restaurant was probably one of the best Thai spots we have been to in a while! I’m so glad that our other spot was closed today, so that we could try and find some place new.

First off, the staff is so friendly! You notice them knowing people by their first names and having authentic relationships with their customers.

We ordered the Curry Fried Rice, Green Curry and the Garden Vegetable entree. I personally have never seen a curry fried rice before, and it was incredibly flavorful. We ordered them at a spice level of “hot” and we are glad they did not disappoint. Very spicy, just what we wanted.

Our new spot for Thai food is Lemon Grass and can’t wait to try more items on the menu.

Lemongrass Thai is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants in Atlanta. Every visit feels like a treat, with fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and consistently great service.

The standout dish for me is their yellow curry, it’s perfectly balanced, creamy, and packed with flavor. Honestly, it might be the best yellow curry in the city. The portions are generous, the presentation is beautiful, and the spice level can be customized just right. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food in Atlanta, Lemongrass is a must try.

Side note if you end up going for lunch you can get a great lunch for around $10. Which is way better than going to fast food and spending $15-20 on a lunch meal.

Unacceptable experience. We were told by the server that if we come during the week, then we will receive better service. Food took extremely long to come out we watched two families with large parties over six it served before us. What was even more disappointing is that the owner is too lazy to change the prices on the menu so when we received our final check, we noticed a difference in the prices and we were told that we should’ve wrecked the sign out front. The server didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us that the price is that change. The only thing that came out quickly was our check. The sign is hiding behind a plant not really visible to the public.

I’ve lived in East Cobb for over 20 years and I tried many many Thai restaurants. As of now, this restaurant sits at the top for me. They have the best vegetable spring rolls of anywhere I’ve ever had, the Penang curry chicken is very flavorful, and the fried rice is cooked to perfection. They are also very nice and accommodating if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We love this restaurant!

You can experience authentic Thai food with friendly staff in the quaint, tucked away establishment. Only real ones know about this little treasure☺️. I have been going here since the early 2010s, but haven’t been back to eat there for about 5 years. Man, I really have been missing out! I never forgot about it, just wasn’t ever near here to eat. Today, I got a fresh reminder why I need to come back and eat here more often❤️. The food is still fresh and tastes the same. It’s the consistency for me! The portion sizes are very large. And the service is quick. We had Pud Thai, Basil Fried Rice, Basil Rolls and the Tea Rose. Please get the Tea Rose if you like dumplings! They have this unique and rich umami flavor that I don’t find in other dumplings. Gotta love Lemongrass

Ordered tom yum soup, basil fried rice and spicy noodles on a busy Christmas weekend. It was a 45 min wait but all the dishes were super tasty. They gaves us an additional complimentary soup due to long wait time. Great customer service as the server was always smiling. Nothing was left over on our plates! Highly recommend for food & cust service 🙂

After a long time I try an original Thai food outside of Thailand, the food extremely good and top-notch, fresh and delicious. I love the Thai beer and spicy sauce. We order fried rice and noodles. Service was fantastic. Thai ice tea was perfect. We will back definitely.

I visit Lemon Grass Thai at least once or twice a week, and it’s always a fantastic experience. With over 30 years in business, this restaurant has truly perfected its craft. Highly recommend!

Food:
The food at Lemon Grass Thai is simply incredible! The ginger chicken is absolutely fabulous, with large chunks of tangy ginger that bring an explosion of flavors. Every dish, from the soups and salads to the entrées, tastes freshly made and feels like a home-cooked meal. The family platter is a steal at just $20, offering soup, salad (for dinner), an entrée, and a main dish, all with incredibly generous portions. This is hands-down the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to, and I’d confidently say it’s one of the best restaurants in all of East Cobb.

Service:
The service at Lemon Grass Thai is marvelous. The waitstaff, all seasoned adults who’ve clearly been working here for years, provide attentive and friendly service. Despite the restaurant being busy, they ensure there’s no long wait for your food, and they check on you multiple times during your meal to make sure everything is perfect.

Atmosphere:
Tucked away in the back of a shopping center, this restaurant is truly a hidden gem worth finding. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a comfortable and relaxed vibe. It’s always bustling with happy diners, yet it doesn’t feel chaotic.
