I ordered a Thai tea and papaya salad. When I left I got in my car for my lunch and opened my salad and started eating it and noticed that something didn’t taste correct.
I then went to drink my Thai tea and when I looked at it I noticed something floating in my drink.
I opened the lid and to my surprise there was some sort of bug in it, it wasn’t a fly which would have been maybe a little bit more expected but some sort of flat bug with wings.
I immediately closed the containers and proceeded to call them. The lady on the phone didn’t seem to believe me and asked me to come back to show them so I did.
I brought both the papaya salad and the drink with me and she asked if the papaya salad had bugs in it too and I said no but after seeing the bug I reasonably didn’t feel comfortable eating the food.
They said they would then only refund the drink of $4
But that because i took a bite of the papaya salad they couldn’t refund it.
I took the $4 and left the food there after they asked me to take it with me and I said that I wasn’t going to eat it and that I would prefer that they would just throw it away.
I highly recommend that you don’t eat here. It’s an hour in and my stomach is killing me and I feel like vomiting.

Great food! The papaya salad is fantastic! I also had fresh spring rolls with veggies and tofu! Tasty peanut sauce too! Delicious
The place was clean, service was friendly, wait time was decent, Food absolutely amazing! I’m excited to go back and try other dishes they offer. Super easy to veganize, the tofu is really good here! I don’t think they serve alcohol here. I didn’t see any on the menu.

My basil fried rice was excellent and I would have given a great rating, however my orange chicken was a straight up scam. Six of the pieces didn’t even have chicken in them and were just batter shaped like chicken. The pieces that had chicken had tiny little bits of chicken are were 60% batter. What a waste of a delicious orange ginger sauce.

Lemon Grass Thai Cuisine is absolutely delicious! Every dish tastes fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The curries are rich and creamy, the pad thai has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, and the portions are generous. You can really tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the food always comes out hot and fast. It’s one of those places where you finish your meal already thinking about what you’ll try next time. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Medford for amazing Thai food!

We visited this past Thursday and DID NOT have the same experience. The restaurant has been taken over by delivery (Doordash, Grubhub … etc.) The server was so busy checking in with the delivery people, putting their orders together, etc… that we were ignored… our food was luke warm when it was delivered to our table, the portions are quite a bit smaller, too . Before, the platers were practically overflowing… now, the food is a couple of inches from the edge… and did I mention “luke warm”.
One delivery guy’s order wasn’t ready, so he made himself at home. He thought he was home, lounging in his living room. He sprawled out, halfway into the isle (I was expecting him to kick off his shoes… but didn’t quite go that far.) He had ear phones on and was holding a telephone conversation. He was loud enough, you could have heard him in Ashland.
I get it…. you have to make money to pay the bills, so the delivery people are in and out. A lot of them were wearing sweat clothes, a lot of them were filthy dirty…. I should not have left any tip, but my manners made me leave $5.00.
This is one customer that will not be back…. I’m sorry to say.

First time visiting, and I was not disappointed. Our food was so delicious. I had Red Curry with pork, green beans, and other wonderful goodies. Served with a generous amount of white rice. We also ordered wontons with bits of chicken, a sprinkled light with sugar, and served with a yummy dipping sauce. This was a new way of eating wontons for me. Everything was so tasty. I will definitely be returning.

Our table ordered Phad Thai, Sweet n Sour chicken, Orange chicken and Tom Kha soup for lunch. Food was super tasty. Portions were moderate and a bit smaller than usual on the soup. Only negative is if you substitute they charge extra even when it is only a replacement to what would have been served. We asked for no mushrooms in the soup and to sub any vegetables, they said they could do that, but only for an extra charge. We made it clear just instead of mushrooms. She said, like cabbage? We said, sure, any vegetables you have handy. She said it will still be an extra charge. That’s the type of thing that just doesn’t feel good. Seems like an equal value thing, but, whatever. Food is great. Pleasant service. We will be back.

Very delicious Thai food! The good is clearly fresh, has generous pottion sizes and they’re very fast!
While dining in, there was a substantial amount of to-go and Delivery Service based orders so it seems that my wife and I are not the only ones who enjoy Lemon Grass! ☺️

Placed an order to go. Ordered the red curry beef. They should rename it to red curry with cheap vegetables. There was about 7 small pieces of over cooked “beef” bites in the container and the rest was huge pieces of green pepper, onion, and frozen green beans. I’m not sure about the curry because it tasted like colored watered down coconut milk. The rice was old and the container wasn’t even full. The egg rolls were flavorless and greasy. I wonder if any one in the kitchen knows how to make Thai food. I understand this is Southern Oregon, but that was not Thai food. Was not worth the 45$ we paid for cheap tasteless crap.
