The lady there was super nice and friendly, one of the best services we enjoy. However, they should really find another chef and improve the quality of their food.

Cute spot in university city to get Thai food; classic comfort food on a cold/rainy winter night.

I tried the Spicy Red Curry Duck. It tasted very good, but it’s not a big portion. It would be better if there is more curry sauce.

We had a great lunch here. We were visiting the area and unexpectedly stopped here for lunch. The lunch specials for $11 are excellent. You get an appetizer, soup and entree. The serving size is good and not too small. The flavor of each dish was great and spiced just right.

Quiet dine in experience. They were busy with food delivery service orders though.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. I dropped by around 7:45pm and the place was mostly empty, a few small groups sitting. I got chicken satay and green curry. The satay was not good, dry and tough. It took half an hour for the curry to come out. I was getting to the limit of my patience and the hostess told me the food was coming, and it took 15 minutes from then. So I can only think that she was saying that falsely just to appease me. The curry was also mediocre. The portion is not generous. I don’t know why this place is so highly rated, perhaps there aren’t that many good Thai places in Philadelphia? I’m confused but I will not come back here.

The lunch menu is 3 courses (appetizer, soup, and entree) for $11 which is great value for students!! Portion sizes are a little small but enough for me, and I like having the variety and ability to mix and match. Green curry was delicious!

me and my mother happen to google Thai food in university city and was directed to Lemon grass. As soon as i called, I was greeted with kindness and patience. I ordered my mother the Thai fried rice and asked for no salt and now my mother is in love with this restaurant, she even wants me to buy her another plate and bring it to her in NY. She said the food was very tasty although it had little to no salt. I ordered the drunken noodles, both to go and was pleasantly surprised to find that my food was amazing, the spice level was just right and the food stayed hot until we got home.

Delicious Vegan Thai food! Stopped in here while walking by on Walnut Street Corridor and was blown away by this place. Phenomenal and kind service accompanied this affordable and tasty meal. I got the drunken noodles and the massaman curry and both were top notch. They made both the dishes with soft (i.e. not fried tofu) which is a big deal as many places will only fry the tofu. However, they were kind and said they would fry it for people who wanted it as well. Will definitely be back again!
