Lemon Crab is a small spot with very limited seating, but we still managed to get a seat without too much trouble. Even with the tight space, the experience was well worth it.
The customer service truly went above and beyond. The staff was incredibly attentive and even helped a guest sitting next to us by cracking and peeling their lobster and crab for them, which was really impressive to see and speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers.
When we visited, they were running a buy one, get one free deal on whole lobster, which is an incredible deal and hard to beat. The seafood was fresh and satisfying. Their house lemon crab sauce for the crab boil was good, but I have to give a shout-out to Backyard Bayou in Union City — in my opinion, their house sauce has a bit more flavor.
And I have to mention the garlic noodles — they are absolutely to die for and a must-order.
Overall, this is a great seafood boil spot with solid food and outstanding service. Just be warned that seating is limited, but they do offer takeout options if you don’t want to wait. Definitely worth checking out.

First of all the food is delicious and the portions are worth your money. Me and my boyfriend come here every other month, it’s our only anniversary spot. The service is amazing and has always been. The workers are always so nice and will make sure you’re comfortable. Will suggest options that will match your craving or spice preferences. 10/10 always recommend

We picked our own combo of mussels & snow crabs, added boiled eggs, potatoes & corn with house lemon crab sauce & medium hot level. Best choice, not overly spicy, you taste the flavors, try sauce with side of rice❤️, it’s .
Garlic noodles were delicious with lots of garlic & umami flavor.
Passionfruit drink compliments well with the food, must try.
Shrimp Po’boy was huge, they are not playing with the sandwich size.
I’m definitely going back to try other dishes.

for a lot of cajun restaurants/seafood boil spots their flavors may not be as well balanced as lemon crab. highly recommend for you all to check out this hole in the wall spot if you’re in the area and can appreciate seafood. outside of seafood options there’s also a lot of great side options like garlic noodles/chicken. its a little bit more intimate and smaller but the vibes are there nonetheless. their service are attentive and friendly.

Food was decent. Garlic noodles were pretty good. The chicken wings were a bit mid but still edible. The Cajun fries were surprisingly spiral fries however didn’t really have much seasoning. Service was pretty quick.
However, it was quite an unpleasant surprise to be asked for the “service charge” aka automatic gratuity of 15% that wasn’t already included in the receipt total. It was a newly addition to the menu that previously only had automatic gratuity for 6 ppl or more. Diner beware

The service has come FAR, the ladies today were more than amazing. It was great to see the tables full. There is an updated menu I will post.
But most importantly they clean their seafood. I waited to take a photo until the bag was almost gone. Each shrimp was cleaned not a single poop on it like most of the seafood places nearby. The prices are still the best in the East Bay.
And the Thai Tea is more than

This place is gross. I order shrimp with the sea food boil sauce in the bag. I went home and it tasted like hot pepper water. It was horrible. No flavor just salty water with hot peppers in it. The sauce was clear. I called and told them my food was not good at all and they just told me Ok. That was it. Beware!!

wanted to share my experience @ the lemon crab because I loved it ! first off, big part of our experience being so great was because of the waitress who assisted us that day. she was super nice and we could feel that she really cared to make our experience a great one. the food was sooooooo good ! we ordered the shrimp po boy sandwich, combination fried rice, mild lemon crab sauce on the side, and the deep fried crab. when I tell everything was yummy I really mean it. everything was very flavorful. we live in Fremont and we cannot wait to go back. best fried rice I’ve ever had, sauce was sauce’n because it was delicious. the shrimp po boy sandwich was a hit for me esp when dipped into the cajun sauce. but eating it by itself was very good too, the mayo spread in the sandwich had a nice sweet and savory twist to it which made the whole sandwich so yummy. I wish I caught the waitress name but thank you ! very good food with best customer service made our day. seriously cant wait to go back. and I love how the waitress was playing 90s music while we were dining in. another party came in to dine in while we were there and I saw her give the same best customer service to them as well. I realized then that it comes natural with her. her boss needs to give her a raise ! she’s awesome. thank you lemon crab !!!

We stopped in due to a review from GrubwitMike and man this place did not disappoint. We arrived around 3pm on Sunday and were able to get a table luckily enough. Business definitely picked up within the hour because by 4pm there were busy.
We started with the fried oysters, fried Jak (fried dough), garlic noodles and an order of the garlic Cajun wings. All of which was on point! We then ordered the crab fried rice which was amazing. Easily the best fried rice I’ve had in years. Next up we opted for the Create your own boil, my gf did the shrimp and scallops and I did 2 pounds of shrimp. We both added sausage, potatoes and corn. We chose the lemon crab sauce with medium heat.
Next thing I know we were on a one way trip to FLAVOR TOWN! It’s very rare nowadays we come across an establishment that we both agree smacks! Great job guys and please keep up the great work you’re doing. We will definitely be back very very soon.
