Ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday and when I picked it up, it was nice and the picture was visible. When we were about to cut the cake it looked like this and as a paying customer it is very disappointing!! I called the bakery and the lady over the phone made it seem like I was in the wrong and I was not trying to argue. I just wanted to see what could be done for this inconvenience, but she said she was too busy to “argue” with me and if I didn’t like the cake to go get my money back “ bye”,and that it was obvious that the picture was going to do that because it was made out of rice paper, I explained to her that’s something she should warn her customers about so this doesn’t happen! so if anyone orders a cake made from here make sure to ask about rice paper!!! So disappointed in the customer service here

This was my second visit to this bakery on 11/29/2025 I put a order for 45 piece’s of bolillos didn’t notice on my receipt the Lekaroz bakery charged me a extra $3.12 for 2 boxes when I went the next day 11/30 to pick up my order I ask why they charged me $3.12 for 2 cake boxes I was told they are expensive so they charge the customer when ordering bolillos for the cake boxes and also was told that there regular customers know about the hidden charges. Like I said this was mysecond time visiting there no sign on the walls and I was not told at the register. So disappointing but don’t worry I will never give my business to this Lekaroz bakery again and I will spread this experience to all my neighbors, friends and family!!!

Today I really recommend this place to my friend and they bought tres leches cake for her dad’s Bday also to let him know he will be a grandpa this is what they give to her. I can’t understand what was written in the cake. You should train your associates in the right way. This cake was a mess and a waste of money.

YELLOW on the inside! These are rich, fluffy conchas. Better than anything I found in Mexico City. This place is a must go for Mexican pastry. Tight location entrance, on a busy road, so please be safe and patience on getting out.

Upon reading the reviews that this place had great Mexican bread ( conchas), etc. Let me tell you what a waste of my drive and money: the conchas were dense and mushy; they should be airy and not tense at all. I also bought a tres leches cake and the woman put it in the bag upside down so all the Leche was in the bag, and the cake was all messed up
