Ok, so paying $18 for a milkshake is a hard pill to swallow, BUT, these things are worth every penny!!! I wouldn’t do it often, but this is a way I treat myself when visiting Nashville. You’re not only paying for the shake, but also the experience. Sometimes you have to splurge and just treat yourself. The staff is also super friendly. It can get busy during Summer months, but worth the wait. Be sure and check them out!

Walking in felt like being adopted by a very sweet Southern aunt who insists you’re too skinny and immediately offers you a milkshake and a blessing. The hospitality here is so genuine it could make a hardened cynic say “yes ma’am” without irony.

The milkshakes? Loaves-and-fishes level miraculous. Thick, creamy, and overflowing with joy—each sip felt like forgiveness for past dietary sins. If comfort had a flavor, this would be it, served cold with whipped cream and grace.

Staff members smile like they actually mean it, ask how your day’s been (and wait for the answer), and treat you with a kindness that feels refreshingly Christ-like—patient, warm, and generous, without a hint of judgment when you order dessert before your meal.

Atmosphere is relaxed, joyful, and full of that slow-Sunday-afternoon energy where time stops, worries fade, and your cup (and milkshake) truly runneth over.

Final verdict:
9.6/10 — Would return hungry, leave happy, and possibly repent for not ordering a second milkshake.
Come for the milkshakes, stay for the love. ❤️

The store is clean, offers a nice variety of options, and the staff is friendly. However, the pricing is quite high—an 8 oz milkshake costs $17 and a 16 oz is $18, with add-ons costing an additional $1 each. Be aware that the cup is filled about halfway with the actual milkshake, with the rest topped off with whipped cream.
While I was pleased with the taste and presentation of the milkshake, I was very disappointed with the portion size given the price. For nearly $20, I could have purchased the ingredients and made several milkshakes at home.

Saw an ad for this place and it looked very tempting. The milkshakes are creative and fun. My partner and I got the 16oz Cookie Dough milkshake to split, it was good but we agreed it’s too much. We were able to finish 2/3 of the shake. We would have gotten the 8oz, but there is only a dollar difference between the sizes ($17 vs $18). I do wish the smaller sizes were around $12 so that it would be more worth it to downsize. I don’t think the milkshakes are worth the price regardless, almost $20 for one shake can’t be justified despite the visuals. My only other concern was that there were multiple tables that were not cleaned up the entire time that we were there even though it was not busy.

The milkshakes here are great, the location is not far from bars on broadway, and the decor is very memorable. We tried three different shakes and the favorite was the cookies n dreams! The 8oz is plenty, don’t fall for the 16oz for a dollar more. It’ll just be a waste.

Awesome shakes. I got the s’mores one and it was great. Prices aren’t cheap but for a treat and not often I didn’t mind. Ice cream was much better than typical store bought and plenty of stuff added on top.

Awesome milkshakes and a must if you are visiting from out of town. The milkshakes are huge so they are on the pricey side but very much worth it!

The Milkshakes were amazing. My wife had a huge brownie. Mine was a cheesecake. The price at 20.00 a shake. We’re a bit excessive. Hard to find pricing in the store. Only in Nashville a couple of days. Thought we would give it a try.

This was a great stop off the strip. If you have dinner down the main strip I’d recommend holding off on desert until you reach this place. A variety of unique milk shakes and ice cream available. The kids loved it.
