The coffee is genuinely delicious—no complaints there. But it’s very expensive, and at that price point, good customer service shouldn’t be optional. Unfortunately, across multiple interactions during my stay, the staff came across as unfriendly and uninterested. If I’m paying premium prices, I expect premium service… and this just wasn’t it. Hence the lower rating.

My experience at the Leeward Market was disappointing. Customer service was poor, as I was repeatedly overlooked while other customers were assisted ahead of me. The wait time was excessive, and although the prices were high, the food lacked flavor and quality. In contrast, other dining options within the hotel were much more accommodating and provided a better overall experience.
