We’ve been here twice, and in both visits were met with delicious food and wonderful hospitality. It can get quite busy at times especially dinner time. My family personally adores their Rainbow Beef ✨

Deeply disappointing.
What stood out most about this place was not the food — it was the complete absence of basic customer service. Staff moved around constantly, yet somehow managed to avoid acknowledging guests altogether. No eye contact. No initiative. No sense of urgency. We had to repeatedly call for attention just to be noticed, and even then, our requests were met with vague responses and no follow-through.
We were told something would take “five minutes.” It took nearly fifty. There was no apology, no update, and no accountability. Just silence and indifference.
Good hospitality is not complicated — it requires awareness, respect, and minimal professionalism. Unfortunately, none of that was present here. The experience felt less like dining out and more like waiting around to be ignored.
There are many restaurants that understand the value of their customers’ time and treat them accordingly. This is not one of them.
If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of respect, you may want to reconsider before coming here.

It’s a very nice and spacious restaurant with plenty of varieties dim sums and tasty dishes. The staff is very friendly and attentive, esp Coco who is so nice and efficient. It’s our first visit to Charlestown and the Charlestown Square. Coco’s hospitality attitude is exceptional and made us feeling welcomed. We had dinner last night and lunch today there. We will be back whenever visiting the suburb again.

Best Yum Cha we’ve ever had….. everything made in-house with love. Big pieces of prawns in every bite with chefs right there making dumplings while you watch. Delicious & popular restaurant in a great location with plenty of parking.

We booked in for yum cha and to enjoy the Dragon Dance on Sunday the 1st of March, 2026. The place was humming. Everyone was happy. The food here is always stunning and the Maitre de, Coco, cannot do enough for you. She never stops moving and it is always with a beautiful smile.

We keep going back (even after moving interstate)The staff are friendly and efficient. The mapo tofu has a nice level of spice, the eggplant hot-pot is always perfect and the cumin lamb is super tender. The salted fish and chicken fried rice is also really fluffy and flavourful. We love the lotus leaf sticky rice too… a lot to like beyond this. They even deliver (right on time using the store and not an app). It is consistently delicious whether we eat in, take-away or get delivery.

Was pleasantly surprised when we ate here at the flavours which were good.
The loyus leaf pork was absolutely delicious we really enjoyed it.
The roast pork was great except it wasn’t crispy which was the only disappointment in the food.
I was really happy with the salt and pepper squid it was crispy and delicious
Service was good not pushy and of course there are no trolleys to speak of.
Overall a pleasant suprise!

We started with steamed dim sims and prawn dumplings with dipping sauces, delicious, followed by satay chicken, stir fried vegies and special fried rice which were all huge servings and so yum, especially the vegies – satay could have been stronger but still good.
