Always a gem! I work in Hboro and come here multiple times a month for their sushi lunch special. Delicious salad and miso soup with three rolls. I’ve had pretty much each roll on their menu and they have all been delicious. Lastly, Lee’s has been a family owned business for many, many years. Please support small businesses!

A hidden gem in Hillsborough. This is not necessarily the “best” sushi I’ve had in the world, but certainly is very fresh and in my opinion, the freshest in town! Very pleased. Order well in advance, as it usually takes quite a while for your order to be made.
Regarding ‘atmosphere’ rating – it isn’t the sexiest restaurant but what the decor lacks for the food makes up for. This place is super casual. Can’t knock it for atmosphere. If you want atmosphere & great food drive down the road to Aja in Montgomery & pay double the price.

My coworkers and I order from this place at least once a week. Their Lunch specials are great – although I really have only gotten sushi each time I have gone.
Always good, consistent. Fast, friendly service. The spicy tuna actually tastes like spicy tuna and is a little chunky rather than being a smooth paste (I don’t like a smooth paste-like spicy tuna – they usually taste very low quality)
