I went in to get their packaged coffee. Saw they also had packaged thai tea. I got it and got home in 5 minutes. Opened it and saw the whole bottle has curdles inside it. Definitely does not look something I have

The food is great and the coffee is what I come for but this was all ice and the drink wasn’t even full. They for sure weren’t in the mood today at all so I took it and left but probably would suggest another location

They have a good selection of Teas and the little market of goodies and bottled drinks is super cool .. I like getting stuff there, the seating is Okay and clean oh and they have a special on egg rolls but you need to be careful after 3pm because they might be dry and stale.

Overall this is a nice spot.. seriously like the little market.

Quick service and same quality whether it’s in Arizona or CA. I love the combination sandwhich. Moved to an area that does not have lees sandwhich, and it’s been a decade since I had the sandwhich but even after a decade the same taste quality. Did not like the beignets, sad as it was stale.

This place simply sucks when it comes to customer service!!
As a long time supporting client I have been coming here for years.
Today when I asked if I can have a few slices of jalapeños peppers I was told there would be additional charges for them.
The last time they refused to give me an extra pack of mustard.
What really sucks the most that I always tipped them on take out food and then they give horrible service!
Going forward I will not tip them which is going to be their loss!!

Stopped by here to pick up dinner for my family. They had their dining room closed off at 5pm and refused to let us use the bathroom. When I asked for a plate for my son’s chicken nuggets they did not want to give a plate, so my son ended up burning himself trying to eat his food. When I asked for an extra cup of ice they wanted to charge me for it. The front staff had an attitude when my family wanted to eat in the dining room. They are rude and the food is mediocre compared to other Lee’S Sandwiches. I heavily recommend going to another location. Their sandwiches are light on meat. Other Lee’s Sandwiches do not skimp out on the meat and quality and have way better customer service. Who closes a dining room at 5pm??? Makes no sense. The owner of this location needs to find better staff or they will keep receiving bad reviews because the customer service is terrible.

I love Lee’s but when you eat here you have to keep in mind that Lee’s is franchised and not all locations hold their employees to the same standards and quality of food. I went to this location for breakfast cause I felt like a nice BBQ pork banh mi sandwich. When I opened it up to enjoy my food the bread was stiff as a rock. I thought to myself. oh great! I was one of the first customers of the day. They gave me yesterday’s bread. I was really bummed cause I thought I would get a nice fresh baguette since I was there when they opened. Unfortunately this location is a no go. They cut corners and try to pinch every penny they can to make a profit when they should just be doing their job as a business. Make quality food for the people of the world. Not give people old food and charge them full price. They could have gave me half off and been honest with me and told me the baguette was from yesterday. I won’t be returning to this location and I suggest others not to as well, unless you enjoy wasting money on poor quality food. Which I am sure plenty of you out there are totally fine with and do it daily. I will enjoy Lee’s sandwiches at another location where they take pride in the quality of their food and restaurant.

Unhygienic, the food is not fresh. What is even more speechless is that when I was filling the self-service condiments, the Vietnamese old man employee came towards me with a kitchen knife and stared at me fiercely. And he didn’t wear a hat or gloves when cutting vegetables.

Ordered turkey sandwich and a baguette . The baguette was so underbaked, soft like a cotton ball and pale that it’s a shame to even call it “ baguette” . It should not be sold to customers . They probably cut short baking time ti save energy. Whatever it is , I don’t care . The sandwich was a typical Lee’s sandwich except the underbaked baguette spoiled its quality and my stomach hurts now . I did not see the cashier / owner lady put gloves in when she made the sandwich , but maybe I missed it . I come to Lee’s sandwiches for their baguettes and this one was a disgrace . I regret I did not cancel my order .

The bbq pork is good. The egg rolls are nice when hot. Make sure you ask them to cut the sandwich in half and ask for a pack of soy sauce. Maybe drizzle a third of the pack in a sandwich.
