Great spot for bahn mi sandwiches. They’re always delicious and relatively(?) healthy when compared to other spots. They’ve got a great selection of drinks and snacks too which is nice. I come here a lot for lunch and I can always get in and get out in a decent amount of time.

Me & my coworkers would visit lees coffee 5 to 6 times every week it was our go to every morning we stopped going to Starbucks because of lees but after the experience we had we will definitely not be returning. We had picked up and order of coffee’s and the coffee tasted nasty and had coffee grounds inside we ended up not drinking them and throwing them away i had called the restaurant not wanting a refund just asking if the coffees could just be remade the person that answered the phone said yes that they would be remade. The next morning when i called in the person that answered the phone said that her boss would not allow all coffees to be remade only one and that if we could get there before the owner did maybe she can remake 2. We ended up having 2 coffees remade and paying for the other 2 coffees but the coffees that were remade tasted watered down. Heres a picture of the coffees and the order so they don’t say that i am lying.

This is a great place! Why wait in line at In-N-Out when you can walk right in and get a great sandwich, a teriyaki bowl or even breakfast? The food is good, they serve you quick and you don’t have to sit in the drive thru line. Don’t get me wrong, I like In-N-Out but I would much rather come here and have a much wider selection of good stuff to eat. Do yourself a favor and come here instead.

Food is good .. Service is excellent… Parking sucks because it’s next to an extremely busy In n Out location (but I found a quick spot today)… And they don’t honor rewards or promos at this location!! Obviously not the best bahn mi – you have to head to OC – but if you’re in RivO and have a craving, it hits! A bit pricey though! Also, it’s a reliable coffee spot!

This spot specifically is so hit or miss. Went in at 11:30am 9/28/25 and the food/customer service and everything in between was absolutely on point. So much so that I craved it again on Wednesday 10/1/25 and went in again at 11:30am with the food being scarce of dry meat and customer service being denied what I was just able to order two days prior. I likely will not return to this spot.

A cozy little sandwich place. They have a good amount of items on the menu. They also have good drinks for you to try! There are 3 tables inside to sit at and enjoy your food, but this is mainly a takeout restaurant. As for the food itself, the sandwich was a very good sandwich! Nothing mind blowing, but also not bad at all! It was very good! The staff are also very kind and friendly. Definitely recommended!!

I love Lee’s sandwiches. Period. But this location seems exceptionally good. Awesome service, the same great food prepared with care and a comfortable, simple clean environment to enjoy the food.
While not the typical order people come here for, I’ve fallen in love with the #12 “Chay” (vegetarian) with extra house pickles and add the house mayo. The fresh baguette bread is warm and perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The fillings are crisp, refreshing and filling – lots of pickled veggies, crunchy fried onions, cilantro, etc. It’s THE choice for when you want a sandwich but don’t want it too heavy. You leave feeling fulfilled but not bloated.

Fast service, tried the Mango smoothie and was okay, and atmosphere was relaxing to grab a bite to eat inside the restaurant. There is not a lot of seating. So, if you have a big group of over 5, then you’ll probably want to eat at home.

Really super good, I had the grilled pork sandwich with egg. My bro got the BBQ pork, they really created the perfect crunch to each bite in their sandwiches, and the sweet and heat balance of it was of the charts, if your not a picky eater, every part of this sandwich is sooooooo good you guys need to come here and try it
