The Hands On Workshop
One of my all time favorites for hogies or steak sandwiches. I’ve been going to a Lee’s since I discovered them back in 82. There’s just something they do to the hogies, I’m usually the mayo, vinegar and oil, hot pepper spread type. Bread is always good. Hogies, hard to pick a favorite. Always messy to eat, lot of napkins required but worth it. Sometimes getting a half, I can only finish half of that and take the rest to finish later. Good selection of local bottled sodas and chips. The steaks are filling, full of flavor and hard to pick if I want a hogie or steak when I go in. They used to have them all over, but have been getting harder to find now. This is the one that’s been there for me over a decade.
I watch what I eat and stay healthy, but sometimes you just need a good steak sandwich or classic hogie. Always consistent. Image is from take-out at home. The store uses paper plates.

Very solid hoagie. The ingredients were all very fresh and the ratio of all the ingredients was perfect in my opinion. The roll was also perfect. Not too hard and not too soft. Definitely one of my favorite hoagies around here. Will be back!

Lee’s Hoagie House is a good sandwich shop. I ordered a cheesteak hoagie, it had good flavor. The staff was friendly and accommodated a few requests I had with my meal. I enjoyed my food and visit.

Went into get a 2 regular turkey hoagies. I made sure they were opened but Google says there open till 9 and I went in at 7:45 thinking I had enough time. But they closed at 8 and had all the frying equipment down. I wasn’t there for anything fried but the service wasn’t nice and way too expensive. Got home and there’s only one piece of cheese in my sandwich which was drowned in turkey that had a weird taste. If you’re craving for a good hoagie, go to jersey mikes.

Im not sure if it was bad because we went near closing time however i just dont even understand why the food had no taste. It was so bland compared to a place like jersey mikes. If you’re going to charge an arm and a leg at least have some taste to the food. Also i had one peice of cheese on my sandwich. Its really upsetting that this is something i even need to go out of my way and post about

Kind workers, large and tasty sandwiches (I like the roast beef 9 inch hoagie), and I always have leftovers. Definitely more expensive than Wawa, but the ingredients are tastier, more abundant, and the roll is always fresh. Atmosphere gets a 1/5 since it’s pretty dull in there, but I see far more takeout than anyone actually dining in.

The counter guy was polite. Boyfriend wanted a hoagie so we stop by. I came with little expectations and left impress. If you want your money worth give this place a try. Don’t let the sizes fool you. I thought a mini was like Jersey Mike Mini and it will take four bites so I got a half size cheese steak. The sandwich was huge enough that I couldn’t finish the other half (about 10-12 inches long ). The bread was very soft. My only critique is could have use some seasoning, hit it with some black pepper and oregano. Overall i wasn’t upset about it. Very delicious. Fries are worth the money too. Bf got the Lee South Philly sandwich and was impress (he picky). We will come back.

Not sure how the food is. I had to drop something off at the shipping store in the same strip around lunch time and decided to try this hoagie shop after noticing their sign. There was no one behind the counter when I walked in and no one ever came to take my order. I ended up leaving.

Did my usual packed for travel of an Italian Cheltenham and was very disappointed as it was light as can be. Not a lot of meat and almost no cheese. Didn’t recognize kid making it.
Extremely unsatisfying as I only get it three times a year

This is my first time here as I wonder what the hype is about this food restaurant. I’ve lived in New Jersey for the past 20 years. I ordered a giant tuna fish sandwich and didn’t realize what “giant” meant from this restaurant. This spot truly means giant size compared to other similar spots.
The tuna fish was okay, it lacked the tasty lunch when eating tuna fish. It also had small bones in my sandwich. I didn’t feel the hype as everyone has about this place. I had better sandwiches, but I wish this business the continued success it has.
