Really. I went here to get some extra wings to go along with my dinner. All I ordered in the driver through was 12 wings thats it. Its christmas eve I understand you all are busy but to put 5 wings on top of 5 legs that crazy. I didn’t even get 12 pieces. Its places like this are one of the main reasons I really don’t do fast food anymore. This is crazy.

Doordash order for $32 received wrong order. Employees blaming doordasher doordasher blaming employees. 32.00 for 3 pieces of chicken SMH never order from them again. The shity part about it is that I can’t get a refund. Door – won’t give me a refund I ordered a 3-piece meal with 2 macaronis with a biscuit and I ordered a two-piece meal with two small mashed potatoes and gravies including the biscuit I ordered it March 7th 2026 at 8:33 p.m. through doordash. I received two drumsticks and a thigh with two mashed potatoes and gravy the total cost is $27 and with doordash tip was 32 bucks. Doordash you said do not order anything from this business because the workers were playing around and not taking their job serious. I got a text from the doordash driver after I text him stating I had the wrong order.

Worst Lee’s ever. So my bf and I both order a gizzard meal. Something told.me to check the freshness. They were cold and greasy. My sister goes in and asks if we can get a fresh batch and the manager says. Naw them the last order we dropping, but I can redrop yours so they’ll be hot. Are you freaking kidding me..

Hands down my favorite location. I live in Illinois. My husband and I drive to this location when we want Lee’s. The ladies that work there are amazing and super nice. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Would give you guys five stars, but why did you have to start charging for using the card? I’m an avid customer and I can almost guarantee you that this store makes a tremendous amount of money in this neighborhood. Without having to up charge for using a debit card. Why did you do it? Business is really booming at that Lee’s chicken You didn’t have to do that. I’m going to travel to another Lee’s chicken, just to see if they are doing the same thing. 4% for spending money with you, no thank you, And before anyone gets upset about what I said please know that Lee’s is only being charged 15 to 30 cents per card transaction by the company that offers the service. How much of it will trickle down to the employees???

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
Yes, the food is good—but it’s not nearly good enough to justify the complete lack of professionalism and respect shown at this location. I placed and paid for my order online, expecting a quick and simple pickup. Instead, I was refused service at the door, forced to wait in a painfully long drive-thru line with everyone else—despite having already paid in advance.
To make matters worse, the doors were locked, even while employees were actively serving people inside. When I knocked and calmly explained that I had a mobile order, a staff member yelled, ripped off her headset in frustration, and stormed off—treating a paying customer like an inconvenience. It was aggressive, humiliating, and completely uncalled for.
I couldn’t even request a refund without waiting through the entire drive-thru. And once I finally got my food? They attempted to short my meal and sauces, and tied the bag so tightly I had to rip it open just to check the order—which, of course, was still wrong.
This was not just poor service—it was hostile, disorganized, and entirely unprofessional. If this is how Lee’s Famous Chicken chooses to treat customers who use their own app and follow their own instructions, I’d strongly suggest going anywhere else. Save yourself the time, stress, and disrespect.

Worst service ever they night crew horrible don’t care about nun. The Food was terrible chicken taste gummy potato wedges was not
Fresh at all and my soda was flat I guess they don’t believe in changing the C02 tank I see everything was just horrible bad service.
