It’s the best bang for your dollar in the chicken game (strips, breasts, sandwiches). The corn on the cob is delicious, and they have the best instant potatoes.
Not high end, not average – some place in the middle. It’s affordable unlike chick fillet or the rip off raising chains. Lee’s also have good wings, and stellar tea (sweet or unsweet)

Great quick service during lunch. Food was hot and delicious. Got Livers and Gizzards for lunch with Baked Beans and Fried Okra. I don’t have a Lee’s Chicken where I live in Virginia and only get it while traveling. First time at this location.

They are courteous… they go over and beyond for me.. they always make sure my food is fresh… I’ve walked in there many times and ask them could they drop me something.. they have no problem doing it… I always go to Lee’s Chicken in Arnold Missouri… I stopped going to Kentucky and churches because of the attitudes at the front counter when I ask for it fresh… Also Lee’s Chicken is very tasty… it’s delicious.. and the portions of the sides are big and fulfilling…

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received here this evening. I accidentally ordered from the wrong Lee’s location, but the manager at the Arnold location gave me the order there anyway! While I was trying to figure out how I had made the mistake, they quickly got my order together and had it ready for me. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! And so appreciated — they really didn’t have to help me out; the mistake was all mine. These people know how to treat customers right. I will definitely be back!

This place is terrible. I ordered food in the drive through and when I got home and opened my order it looked like someone smashed the potato wedges in their hands and they were extremely cold. I don’t live close and it was a late dinner after working overtime so going back wasn’t an option. I reached out to corporate and sent a photo of how my order looked and they told me if I wanted to bring it back that they would give me a refund. After explaining that I don’t live close and my work schedule wouldn’t allow me to go back they said that they would not do anything to make it right. I guess the photo that I sent wasn’t enough for them to think that they should make it right which is ridiculous. The fact that they were ok with food being served like that is really disappointing and I will not go back. I understand mistakes happen but not standing behind your product and making it right is unacceptable. I can see why the quality is so bad when there are no repercussions for terrible quality.

Got a chicken sandwich and it was waaaay overcooked, went up showed them and they gave me another one, the second one was also very overcooked.
The Mac and Cheese was also gross. Was very underwhelmed. I was very excited and the food tasted worse than school cafeteria food.

I will never longer go there cuz they charge for credit cards like they can’t eat that price it’s not that much. It’s convenient to use a card there’s a lot of people don’t go there no more because you charge for credit card .

Never again. After a bad experience in the drive thru a few weeks ago, I decided to give them another try. This time I go inside to order, to show that I’m not in a hurry at all. I politely explained that on my last visit, my food was not very fresh but I still enjoyed it. I asked if I could have hotter food this time and there was no need to rush. The counter person relayed that information to the cook, who came to the front and assured me that he “just dropped fresh food”. Long story short, he lied. All of the chicken and even the sides were barely over room temp. The gizzards were in one big mushy clump. This establishment will never get my business again. If you can look a paying customer in the eye and lie to them, hard telling what you do out of sight of the customers. I understand good help is hard to find these days, but people eventually have to just stop accepting poor service and products. Yes, it was on 7/18 at 2:30pm. I went that time of day because I figured it being between the lunch and dinner rush, they wouldn’t be too busy to show a little more attention to the food.

1st time ever at a Lee’s chicken. I’ve always heard they were nasty, & yes it was. I got 6 piece chicken wings with mashed potatoes & okra. Okra was good. Potatoes had to much pepper. The chicken was so dried out couldn’t see or taste the chicken. It was the worst chicken I’ve ever had. My boyfriend got hot wings & green beans. Chicken dried out, but the green beans were good. I don’t think I will ever try them again.
