The reason for 1 star on service is that there wasn’t any Cristmas day or the day after. I have absolutely no problem with the restaraunt being closed those days but I do have an issue with sitting at the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me and 3 cars behind. The lights were on, the outdoor menu was illuminated and the only sign showing you were closed was a small sign on the drive thru window. I would think you could put a sign on the menu or turn the menu off. Maybe the indoor lights too. I love the chicken here but question the management.

Everything was made when I arrived, it wasn’t sitting around waiting for me! The Ladies there were so friendly and they weren’t messing around, they put my order together fast and accurate!! what a great group of people at the New Castle Restaurant!!

I don’t know where to start. I guess I should start by saying 40 dollars for this meal is beyond NOT WORTH it. The potato wedges were absolutely gross, wet, greasy and so soggy couldn’t even pick them up. Mashed potatoes and gravy was super thick and not sure exactly what kind od gravy this was. It definitely was not chicken and was a little on the spicy side. The biscuits was old and crunchy couldn’t eat but the center. The chicken strip was the only thing that was editable. The dinning room was clean but slippery spots here and there in the floor. I AM not sure what they are famous for if it’s the food I’ve missed something. I definitely will Not go back. TOTALLY A HUGE GROSS DISAPPOINTMENT

First time went for dine in to lees in newcastle everytime will have just a takeout. I asked to try new honey sauce the lady named Cindy looks like she is old and bossy to all employees and customers. She is yelling at her employee from the kitchen with loud voice that honey sauce is expensive we can’t just give it to who ever asks and every one in restarunt can hear that. You can see the plastic cup with sample sauce in it thats straight up disrespect.

The food was outstanding and service was great. The inside is clean,but a little out dated. The prices are reasonable. When in this area stop here and get takeout and drive to city park to eat inside one of their many shelters.

My wife and I really enjoy this location. We are always greeted with great customer service. We also had our family 4th of July meal catered from here. We had just about every side they offer, everything was delicious and wonderful. This is our go to place for chicken. It puts KFC to shame.
