Welcome to Lee’s! We look forward to serving you in our restaurant. Our Famous Recipe chicken is always cooked fresh, never frozen. Our chicken is honey dipped & hand breaded in our special blend of herbs and spices before being pressure cooked to seal in the flavor that put Lee’s on the map in the first place. We might hold on to our traditions a bit longer than others.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS a SUPER CLEAN restaurant, welcoming and FRIENDLY staff (great personality), knowledgeable to the menu to help us. QUALITY in service! AJ took great care of us in our short visit. Didn’t have to wait long at all for our order to come up. Returning customer, will be back many times over in the near future and will recommend this location to many because of our continued positive experiences.

Really great atmosphere- very peaceful. Drive thru is pretty quick and the food is hot. Sweet tea is flat out addictive. The potato wedges are awesome and I love the jumbo dippers chicken.

Containers/portions get smaller and smaller while their prices go up… I used to not be able to finish this meal, now it’s 2 tablespoons of sides and half sized strips…. This is what $10 gets u at this location now. Literally a kids meal (no drink) smh. Maybe $5 worth of food. SAD and feels like a super rip off now lately! Just stop going at this point …

Consistently good. I emphasize “consistently” since KFC and Popeyes are 50/50 at best on their quality and whether or not they look at an app/online order.
Lee’s is a little more expensive, but your order will be ready and edible.

I went to Lee yesterday early afternoon for lunch I went through the drive through and ordered a family meal. I was so excited to try it considering the name Lee “Famous” however I was so disappointed and disgusted. The chicken was not fresh I felt like they served me brunt chicken from a week ago. The mashed potatoes tasted like a bad box mix. The Mac and cheese was dry. The only good thing was the biscuit because it was drenched in butter and I did like the sweet tea. The box packaging was gross full of grease. I diffently will jot be returning and this restaurant should feel ashamed for serving people what they served my family.

This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve experienced the following:

Slow service, food was awful, dead atmosphere.

Got 3 piece tender with a drink and was 14 freaking dollars. That’s outrageous.

The chicken was slimy, hard, and tasteless. The wedges were soggy and pathetic. The mashed potatoes and gravy was cold and flavorless. Even the DRINK was bad. Pepsi was flat as hell. This is the last time I eat here again. Do not recommend

We live in the home of the original Lees Chicken in Lima, OH and came to visit family near New Albany. The food was delicious (as good if not better) as home and the employee Marie who prepared the order was super friendly and helpful!

Check your orders before leaving the restaurant, nothing but kids working there who don’t care what they give you for the money you paid. Received old chicken and a box full of breast even even I ordered dark meat only.
