Stopped in this afternoon to pick up dinner strips were awesome as always. Just wish they would’ve told me they didn’t have any gizzards for another 45 mins before they let me order them. Then on top of that we get all the way back to the house to realize they didn’t even give us our biscuits. Definitely suggest your employees double check the order before they hand it over

First time ever to this location and this particular chain of restaurant the drive-thru is very difficult to access as it is backed up and on a busy thoroughfare. Overall food was ok nothing special I did like the chicken tenders and the breading on the chicken had flavor and seasoning but other than that the mashed potatoes with gravy was very Bland my potato wedges were very soggy the new chicken sandwiches okay nothing special! But overall recommend this place.

This trip, I got to find a thick white hair baked into one of the jumbo dipper’s batter. Last time, months ago, I ordered with the app 30 mins in advance and got my order over an hour later. Good chicken, but horrible service. The manager’s solution to the super long wait? She gave me a $10 gift card on a $85 order…. After at the 50 minute mark I asked for a refund so I could leave and she said she didn’t know how to refund web orders…
