Last week I did not feel like cooking after work, my husband agreed to Lee’s. I went to this location unsure of what to expect. I was met at the ordering speaker with patience, friendliness and suggestions. The customer service was delightful and once we got home, not only was the order correct (which is a rarity these days) it was DELICIOUS. The sides were fresh and hot. The biscuits were crispy on the outside and soft/warm on the inside. I definitely overindulged so I guess that’s a negative!

This evening on 11/22/25 my grandpa ordered a to go order for him and his great grandchildren , spent over $60+ it was for a pick up.. went to this location and told that one of the employees gave our food to a door dasher, while we was being told this another person went to the find the “manger” who comes in, we explained the situation and immediately the story changed , the one girl who gave our order to the dasher proceeded to say she “confirmed “ all information with the dasher but wasn’t saying that before the manger got in. You would think the manger would have apologized but no, she got extremely aggressive towards my sister stating we was lying because someone else came and wasn’t gonna fix it. Now mind you the first employee admitted that girl messed up which should have automatically ended it.. we ended up getting our food finally but not before the manger was so upset and started to throw the boxed food at her own employee while saying “I’ll never do this again” “nobody is getting over on me again” I have proof of everything even the card info and bank proof on top of the conformation number but somehow we still was lying.. food is good but definitely need better staff..

Chicken was great! The Gizzards and liver were somewhat soft though and somewhat salty like previous reviews have said. Everything tasted good otherwise. The biscuits that came with the combo were also good and some of the best fast food biscuits i’ve ever had. The mac and cheese was just okay though.

I live right down the street , I order online and walk to this location often … I normally don’t have any issues but the other day I ordered 2 kids meals – 1 mac and cheese with potato wedge, and 1 chicken finger with mashed potatoes , I added on a side of baby gravy and one extra finger. When I got home I received 2 2 piece chicken finger meals with mash and one mac I was missing the wedge and the baby gravy. I walked back in a windy rain storm which caused my umbrella to break .. only to have the employee in the back catch an attitude about how it was correct and everything was there .. first things first the order wasn’t even made right and you could see that the minute you looked in the box also why would I walk all the way back there in the rain if it was in the order in the first place? Just nasty customer service which is crazy when normally I have no complaints with this location. I will say my food was delicious but I was just so disgusted by that employees behavior when the meals weren’t even made correct.

Placed an order for carry out last night and was leaving out the door to pay cash and have my favorite meal with my favorite person. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to make it to the order. After feeling really guilty all day, I called and a young lady answered the phone and heard me out, said it was ok and offered prayers for me and my people. I cannot express enough gratitude for the Lee’s staff and I wish you all a great holiday season and we’ll be back soon for our 8 piece meal

Now here is the issue, the food.
I arrived as soon as they opened so I could try the chicken as fresh as possible.
I ordered the 3 piece meal. After getting my bag, my first warning was the lack of utensils or salt & pepper / hot sauce packets.
I get around to trying the bone in chicken. 2 of the pieces were dry. The breast piece was the only juicy one. I am sorry to say but this is the weakest chicken in the city. There is not any seasoning on the chicken at all. Lackluster birds.
The mashed potatoes are some of the worst I have ever had. The texture of gummy mush like semi-congealed microwaveable instant potatoes and the combination for the absolute lack of ANY flavor was trife. [If you know Supparay14k**] I swear they were trying to serve me some “goop scoop” as a sick joke* 🙁
The cole slaw was bearable but also overly sweet as a slaw in my opinion and too runny.
I would advise getting chicken elsewhere.

Excellent service. The employees were very kind. The cook handed me a gizzard when I asked if they are salty. When I asked for a sweet tea, the other employee asked me how much ice I want in the cup. I bought the 3 strip combo meal with an extra strip, The bonsai sauce, and coleslaw. Bonsai sauce is like no sauce I’ve ever had. It was good, borderline too swt, but I used it all. The coleslaw was awesome. The sweet tea was pretty good. Thankyou!

Went for the Wednesday special. Waited 10 minutes. Once i ordered the line went pretty fast. Chicken was tough and hard. I also ordered gizzards and they have shortened the cup they come in.
