The staff is usually pretty rude when we go, so we tend to order delivery through door dash to avoid the staff. We ordered some chicken strips to go with dinner today because my toddler likes chicken tenders. I got them because it literally says that they’re boneless. Tell me why I had to fish a massive bone out of my 2 year old’s mouth if they’re boneless?!?!? Y’all need to hire new staff and management that aren’t so rude and incompetent. Every time we go in we’re treated like we’re a nuisance when we’re literally just ordering food and now my toddler has nearly choked because someone’s incompetence. Do better

2nd visit since opening and once again highly disappointed. The chicken strips were hard. The wings were soggy and tough. Soggy enough the breading was wet and peeling off. Visually very unappealing. Ordered online, didn’t take phone to pick up. Get to the window and the person is asking to see my order on my app. Said I didn’t take the phone w me. Hassled me about maybe I was the person who ordered and next time if I don’t have the order confirmation we won’t get our food. Seriously… there WILL never be a next time.

Food was awesome! I couldn’t quite understand the person coming from intercom. I didn’t get my green beans!! Didn’t notice till I got home and didn’t have time to call. This was on 6/7. Around 530pm. I checked the receipt and it did say green beans. Just looked like to many people in a small area. They were tripping over each other. I will go back, probably go in. I know this place hasn’t been open long, hope things get better and run like a well oiled machine. Thank You 11/17/25 last 2xs the staff forgot some of my order. How can you forget green beans and a dessert unless you’re not paying attention. And they weren’t busy!!! I may have to go back to KFC if this continues

Came for lunch on their first day, expected to have a long wait but had food in less than 5 minutes. Place was clean, food was hot, probably could have had bigger side portions, but for the price I call it good.

This location had very loud music which made it difficult to talk with family from out of town. Chicken was dry, probably overcooked. Staff was helpful but I’m very concerned about the lack of use of gloves while handling food. Staff did not seem comfortable in their roles. We were there on Labor Day around 3 pm, maybe all inexperienced staff working at that time.
