Lee’s catered a large family reunion for us, and the food was absolutely delicious!! Their service was top notch they did an excellent job taking our order in advance, having the food hot and ready for pickup the day of our event, the food was ready at the exact time they said it would be, no waiting around, the professionalism was remarkable!!

I want to start with the food is always great! The issue is that there is now an order online for pick up option. I used the online order portal to place an order and was given a pick up time that was approximately 25 minutes later. When I arrived to pick up I was then informed there would be an additional 25 minute wait on one item in the order. So why offer an online order option with a given pick up time if you cant meet it? So now the rest of my order sits bagged and getting cold because management failed to manage the labor of the employees adequately enough to keep the stock on hand to complete not only drive up orders but those online in a timely manner. (Just because I know there will he someone that says but you dont know what its like for the food service industry workers, yes I do actually I have worked the lone at a HIGH volume fast restaurant.)
I am now back after the EXTRA 25 minutes wait and was just told at the window there will be another 8 minutes on that last item still because “the fryers went down”
Hopefully management can get it together or I will be eating elsewhere when I visit Cynthiana in the future.

This place was good before, but now it’s part of the main Lees Famous it’s even better. They got better options now, food is even better and everything is better managed. Prices are great, food is great. Chicken sandwiches are absolutely amazing, spicy and famous both. They have good everything. If you like chicken this place is the greatest.

When you order a breast and get a thigh after sitting in the drive-through for 15+ minutes. Get home realize it’s not what I ordered and take it back then they all of a sudden only wanted to give me a piece of chicken and not replace the whole meal and then yelled at me because of it because I demanded the whole meal over fresh. Was a smart mouth; and I didn’t take it well. Dont ever talk to the customer like that; when I Did NOT mess up the order. Will NOT ever be back.

Really enjoyed the food, I appreciate the old school atmosphere inside the restaurant. But the gentleman behind the counter had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Very nice and helpful and even calling people by name and welcoming them in the door. Would highly recommend.
