Anyone who gives this place more than 1 star has NEVER had BBQ. The ribs had to be boiled and then some commercial sauce thrown on them. There is not a hint of smoke nor bark on the ribs. Ordered Mac Salad, got Potato that was very bland. The coleslaw was ok, but probably store bought. The other order I got was the big bad wolf. It was ok at best. Got 3 salt potatoes the size of a quarter and the baked beans were simply opened from a can and dumped into my order. Never again.

We had to find some food for our wedding at a decent price. Other BBQ were incredibly expensive. Lees gave us a great deal for dinners and ALL of our guests send compliments as well! The owner is a beautiful soul and it’s so nice to have a bbq right in canastota!! Much better than driving out to dinosoar

Food is very good. Had a brisket sandwich, tasty tender meat. Macaroni salad was very good. Beans were ordinary Bush’s beans, nothing added. Got a container of prime rib chili, that was awesome! I will definitely go here again. Owner is very passionate about his restaurant, products, and service.

Went in for my first visit and was greeted right away! Very friendly! Haddock Dinner sounded good and a BBQ Pork slider for the kiddo. Haddock was excellent, as well as the homemade Mac salad and baked beans. My son loved the slider. Will be coming back next week to try the ribs.

A few booths but i would guess a lot of the business is takeout. Sandwiches are mediocre (oversauced), but not terrible. All come with two sides, which makes it not a bad price. Curiously he serves in plastic takeout containers that are absolutely not recyclable. Didn’t try the pizza but the concept of sauced brisket or pulled pork or both (“bad wolf pizza”) sounds truly bad. I guess this is popular with some people.

Im the last person that would give a small business a bad review but the food was so bad i just had to. Ordered the ribs. Had to throw the food out because it seemed as if the ribs were either boiled or microwaved. Zero smoke and zero bbq flavour. Save your money. The owner is nice and welcoming but that doesnt cut it when the food he serves is absolute garbage. Bbq is so hard to get wrong. This place gets is wrong unfortunately. I wouldnt even call it bbq. Very disappointed.

R-rated content on big screen TV in dining area. I don’t recommend taking children inside . The brisket, pulled pork and baked beans are 6/10. I thought the cole slaw was 8/10. Will probably try chicken dinner next time…to go.

Not great BBQ. I realize there’s no other competition in the direct vicinity, but the food is not quality. The ribs are very fatty and are not smoked. The bbq pork taste suspiciously like the microwave stuff you buy at Aldi’s. Would not go again.

Not recommended. Food was ok. Plentiful indeed as each included 2 sides, but oversauced. Atmosphere is zero as it’s basically a takeout place. Service was ok.
