Giving 1 star for food. Honey chicken gave my husband food poisoning!! I know for a fact it was the honey chicken because we both ate the same food except he had honey chicken and I did not, and I am not sick. He has been throwing up for almost 24 hours along with diarrhea, dehydration, and a fever.

We were standing in line waiting to order, and watched the woman packing food in the to-go containers stick her thumb in her mouth, I assume to lick off food, then go back to packing food without washing her hands. The man who was taking payments at the cash register stepped in to help her without washing his hands first, and we watched him stick his hand in the bag where he was about to pack wontons. We left without ordering.

Food was great, and portion sizes weren’t too bad at all, only thing was that that they were skimping on the noodles, however the ladies were so sweet and remained patient as I was trying the samples (I chew slow, it was awkward..), food could’ve been warmer, it was quite high in sodium though, which is expected, of course. Love it here!

Food wasnt good… Had to go get a burger. Smelled of old oil (the noodles) meat had a hint of old egg smell… Even my husband, who is not a picky eater, didnt eat his, picked at it and got chicken nuggets from DQ… Definitely not trying again, do not recommend…

Worker was very rude, second time ordering here I asked for half rice half noodles and some chicken she said I had to add something I was confused so I just asked what she meant then she proceeded to say the same thing I was just confused and she got attitude when I wasn’t sure what she meant I told her just add more chicken . Then at checkout after payment she handed me my drink I said thank you and she just walked away and turned her head. I wouldn’t eat here again. Horrible customer service!!!

This is a great little restaurant. They have a staff always friendly and great with kids. The food is hot sometimes very hot lol. Servings are big so you won’t leave hungry. Keep up the great job. We will be back.

The food wasn’t good. The noodles were waaaay over cooked. They were mushy. We couldn’t tell the difference between any of the food that we got. It had lots of sauce which is good. But the chicken itself was extremely dry. This was at the beginning of lunch rush. Highly disappointed.

Burnt egg rolls mushy noodles and a long wait when they weren’t busy. Then the guy tried explain to me that egg rolls are supposed to be burnt. A total waste of time and money.

This city is pretty nice but this restaurant’s service is abysmal. As a college student in a town without a reliable and regular bus system, I can only get food by ordering on apps. So when the pickup driver for my food didn’t come for an hour, I called the restaurant just to be polite, inform them of the situation, and ask for next steps. The lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending, and would keep interrupting me while I was explaining that no GrubHub driver had gotten the food. Eventually I just hung up because she clearly wasn’t trained in how to talk to people and I don’t waste my time on people who peaked in high school and are upset because they are forced to work a dead end job while the rest of us struggle in college.
