I think the bad reviews are from people coming in with the wrong expectations. This place is essentially a Panda Express. Most of the food is pre-made and sitting behind a glass window. It’s super quick, pretty cheap, and the food tastes fine.

this place never tasted like this before , it’s usually amazing, the potstickers are gross the rice has no flavor and is dry, the only thing that was edible was the chicken… and you can’t ruin chicken. i think they just need better cooks in the kitchen.

This store used to have very good hard working staff, not sure if that’s still the case. I haven’t been to this one in a Few years. As a celiac, sometimes where they place the gluten free food in their display is bad, because they don’t put it furthest out. So whatever isn’t gluten free can drip or fall Into the gluten free food and make it so it’s no longer gluten free.
Other than that it’s a great little place to grab a quick bite.

Service was bad.. two young girl the Asian girl throws the cookie missed the plat the white girl then pick up and throws and missed the plat. I spoke to manager she was just as silly. Not at all a good place..

Asked for beef and broccoli. Let me repeat that one more time for the people in the back, BEEF AND BROCCOLI. Instead I got carrots and carrots, they’re not even good carrots. I wasn’t even gonna say nothing and was just gonna try and eat my food but with each bite I just got more and more flabbergasted by how many carrots kept showing up. You’re cooked Leann Chin, do better.

I just left out about 24 mins ago. Customer service was very nice. I believe it was the manager, but the food was out for too long the beef and broccoli taste so stale. It was quite disgusting. The only thing that was good was the orange chicken. The noodles taste old and stale definitely wasn’t worth the almost $14 I spent.

I come here all the time for lunch and dinner. Everything is always exactly as I remember when I worked for Leeann Chin like 15 years ago except i really miss the little rice noodles they used to have. My advice is look for whatever looks the freshest. If it just got done being made it’s soooo much better.

I’m always traveling, but when I get the opportunity to visit family in Minneapolis, there’s always an opportunity to stop by some of my favorite restaurants. The Pillsbury center, Hennepin Ave S and the lower level of Daytons, were always my favorite lunch spots for Leeann Chin, but that was 30yrs ago.
Our family reunion came to a close and we decided to pick up some favs foods.
