This is an average of my rating for food and service. I love Hudson Leeann Chin’s food. Always fresh and tasty for decent prices. I give a 5-Star for quality of food. However, I must give only a 0-1-Star for the ability of the workers to honor requests. The only worker that I have ever spoke to that tried to right a wrong (such as missing food items on several occasions) is Siera. She is excellent. She listens and will go above and beyond to make things right. I am convinced that she is the only competent person working there. I go there frequently thus giving such a low rating equals problems with workers NOT following directions EVERY TIME. It is ALWAYS something that causes much frustration. And these are not unreasonable requests. As much as I am able, I am trying to live a zero-waste lifestyle. At the drive-thru I ask for no napkins, no plasticware, no sauces. When I get to the window to pay, I again ask for no napkins, no plasticware, no sauces. Without fail I get napkins, plasticware and sauces. Before they close the window, I try to give the bag back and ask that they take back the napkins, plasticware and sauces. They say that they cannot take anything back after I have “accepted” it. Sometimes I refuse bag until they make sure to remove napkins, plasticware and unwanted sauces. The straw that broke the camel’s back prompting this bad review, was the afternoon of 10/22/25. After telling them TWICE that I did not want any of that, I saw them put in plasticware into the bag with the food. Before I would accept the food, I asked them to take out all napkins, plasticware and sauces. The worker took out the plasticware. When got home and I took food out of the bag, it was all sticky. They included UNWANTED sauces (see picture) and one leaked all over the bag. I ended up with all of this unwanted WASTE and a mess besides. I called and the worker who I spoke with just said “Ya, OK”. There was No: sorry. I sure wish I’d encountered Siera for this visit. The funny thing is that if they honored peoples request they would save money for the company.

The food was terrible. The service was great. Tall, bald guy working the drive through was super thorough when I asked a question and he was very nice.
My food was mostly inedible. I got the spicy Mongolian chicken with Asian noodles, two pot stickers, an egg roll, and lemonade. The chicken was nicely spiced but so so tough and the veggies were either hard as rocks or super mushy. The egg roll was so gross it tasted like I was going to get sick from it. The potstickers were bland and dry on the edges like they were old. My strawberry lemonade was bitter?? The only thing I ended up eating was the noodles.
I know it’s fast food asian but I just expected more. Service was great, food was terrible. Save $20 and go somewhere else

I had a beef and chicken entree prepared around 11:30 a.m. it was early in the day so I thought it would be fresh and hot and delicious. I was wrong. The chicken Had a texture like it had been reheated four times already. And the beef stir fry taste like the burnt bits on the bottom of the wok I had been scraped up and added to the dish. I opted for the noodles instead of rice and they were way too garlicky. This was my first time ordering from there, and my last.

The sesame chicken was not fresh. Look at the photo. The fried rice tasted decent, but wasn’t what you typically see in fried rice. There was no egg or peas. Overall, it’s in the same category as Panda Express. It’s not better. It’s about the same essentially, but different.

Ordered sweet & sour chicken with the sauce on the side and when we opened the sweet & sour sauce, it was all carrots & pineapple with very little sauce. We called and spoke with the manager of the Hudson, WI location to inform her so they could correct the issue with the employee. We were basically told we were wrong and lying that there was no way it could just be the vegetables and no sauce. The manager said we had to have spilled the sauce in the bag or someone else had handled it prior to eating. Offered to send pictures or drive 30 minutes to show her, but she refused. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to get like a 1/4 cup of food and a 1/2 of rice dang

Salty, that was my experience! I like having my food served hot and fresh, but waiting nearly 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no other customers did not make me happy. I ordered cashew chicken with oyster wings, and both were so salty making them inedible. I was a fan, but I’ll think twice before returning.

First bad experience here. So to start, friends kid complained they didn’t like it. Turns out it’s bc they got puked it back up, last time they ate here, some time ago. Most of the food was pretty good. The staff over charged me. I did not address it. There was a lot g oing on. My cury chicken tasted like it had come from a plastic bag. First time ever, out of all the places I’ve been, i was served icky lomane noodles. Not bad enough to send it back. It was a long day. After we got home, my kid puked it back up. Super long day

Cashew chicken was burnt~~ old~~rubbery~~~ limp~~ tasteless~~ not fresh at all ~~~ and maybe 7 cashews. And not even nice big ones. Absolutely horrible . will never ever go there again drive through
