We have been ordering from Christos for years. The last few times the food quality has not been the same. Tonight they mixed up our orders. When we spoke to Brian and the restaurant they argued with us about the mistake they made. Blamed me for their mistake. Bad customer service and bad service by Brian who continued to argue about the mistake THEY made on our food order when he came to our door with the supposed corrected order. Save your money and order Dominos.

We’re spending the Labor Day wknd in Mystic and came upon Christo’s. The place is small, quaint and relaxing. Upon entering, the hostess was sweet, welcoming and pleasant. We had a half plain / half pepperoni personal pie and wings. It was really delicious.

I love to give positive reviews, and for being so close to me I really wish I could do more for this local buisness, but I typically choose to go to the mystic christos over the ledyard one almost everytime. Same food. Completely different experience. Mystic employees are kind, respectful, and rarely mess up the food. When you call to tell them of an issue they take care of it. The ledyard christos is typically rude, bad phone manners, and has excuses or blames the customer for messing up the food order. Its truly a shame, I really feel bad here because I do enjoy the food when its made correctly. Like most places prices are super inflated compared to what we are all used to pre pandemic. Pizza alone isn’t expensive to make but its around 20 bucks per pizza now a days. No way around it. Maybe dominoes 5.99 deals will just be the future of pizza in our area.

Ordered 2 burgers. The meat was gross completely. Terrible taste from it as if it was soaked in some chemicals. Probably over frozen and spoiled. I do not recommend getting the burgers. Also didn’t even put toppings on that I paid for.

My top 5 resturaunts and ive been to quite a few lol but its not so much about the food i love, don’t get me wrong there food is amazing its just the personnel treats you like freinds there the friendliest people. the seating arrangement is perfect, not overpriced at all either it feels welcoming and doesnt feel like your walking into a big time resturaunt its casual and comforting and there food is great for the price especially the buffalo wings, overall it is amazing and you should really consider going here it’d be perfect with a little more warmth lighting and quiet music playing in the background 10/10 ill be coming here often.

I’ve only had one problem with this place and that was last night. I ordered a grinder an some garlic bread with sauce on the side. Got charged for sauce that they didn’t bring. An the lettuce had gone bad, tasted terrible. Had to throw the grinder away $10 wasted. And whole attitude changed when he didn’t get a tip. For a grinder an bread that took 40 minutes to get delivered 2 mins down the road literally. I could only eat the cheesy garlic bread.
