Ledo Pizza in Oxon Hill, MD, is the absolute best Ledo location for many reasons including the delicious pizza they make exactly to specification. I was respectful and patient when placing my order in person, giving the employee time to finish what she was doing. While she seemed irritated, she took my order without issue.
When I returned to pick it up, the experience went downhill. The employee was on the phone, visibly irritated, sucked her teeth when I gave my name, questioned whether I placed a pickup order, and then handed my food to me aggressively. When I asked for napkins, they were thrown into the bag just as aggressively.
The energy behind the counter was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this location.

I usually give high ratings of this place, but the disrespect is real. Picked up an order, with a minor blemish, and the cashier touch the food with her bare hands! While the manger on duty tried to make things right. Since it wasn’t my order to call, ended up getting it remade. Awesome. When I get in, they take in the old pizza, but the cashier and the cook in the back were talking mess about me in Spanish. I understand every word, I’m fluent in it. I would not come back to this establishment again.

I placed a large catering order online a couple of days in advanced. I called the earlier the day of pick-up to confirm but they advised me that they only get order notifications 30 minutes before the pick-up time. Seems a bit odd if you wanted to ensure you have enough product and staff to fulfill the order, but I trusted the process. We read the order off to them and were reassured that they only needed 30 minutes to cook all the food. We arrived on time to be told it would not be done for at most another 20 minutes. 40 minutes later the order was finished and we were able to leave with no serving utensils.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I ordered pizza and boneless chicken wings on November 7, 2025, around 5 PM. When I arrived, I noticed the boneless chicken was not evenly coated, even after shaking the box to spread the sauce. I mentioned this to the cashier, who seemed very young and immature, and she refused to add more BBQ sauce.
When I tried to speak with the supervisor, the cashier interrupted me repeatedly while the supervisor stood there silently as if she didn’t understand what was happening. Whoever that cashier was definitely needs training on how to properly prepare food and how to communicate with customers. Extremely disappointing experience.

I came in and ordered a large half pepperoni, half Hawaiian and even paid extra to add chicken and pineapple.. i got my order and saw it was half cheese and half Hawaiian, i told the young lady that handed it to me that my order was wrong which i figured maybe the other women who from what i was told was the supervisor that took my order misheard me when i ordered and didn’t hear me say pepperoni.. the young lady said that she could add pepperoni to it and reheat it or i can get another small pepperoni pizza free of charge for the mess up without asking her “supervisor” if that was possible… and obviously i asked if i could get the smaller pizza, she went to the back and came back saying no i couldn’t get the free pizza because the lady that took my order said i never asked for pepperoni then proceeded to say well the person that took my order was a supervisor instead of just having the so called supervisor come out and talk to me. So i asked for them to add the pepperoni and all they did was slap the pepperoni on the pizza… pizza wasn’t hot, and whoever cut the pizza didn’t even cut it evenly…. My first time coming to this ledos location and left a horrible impression won’t be coming back..

Pizza is just terrible light and airy
I requested extra level sauce and it appears as if it is only extra cheese
I also didn’t request my pizza to be well done but they didn’t care

Meatball sub add green peppers, onions and black olives. In all my years I have never had a meatball sub without marinara sauce on the meatballs. I should have known something was off when the young worker was sweeping the dirt under the chairs ( not removing the dirt from under the chairs but adding to the dirt under the chairs). Do with this what you will.

I made a large order and one the item was a TURKEY harvest salad. And they forgot to put the turkey. I called them back I request a refund because I’m not going back and forth to get this fix I just want a refund. They say I had to bring the salad back for a refund. I have bring the salad back for a new one ridiculous. Supposedly I spoke with the manager and she couldn’t check the order before giving it to me. if you order make sure to double check your order because they don’t do it.
