Big fan of Ledo Pizza since moving back to the East Coast. No Ledo in AZ! Any other time pizza would get 5⭐️review. This time there were big black flakes on my bottom crust. Dirty oven? Kinda off putting. For the rest of my pizza life I will now check the bottom crust for blackened splotches.

Very frustrating situation. We ordered a pizza right off our flight because we love Ledo’s pizza and did not realize how late it was getting. Ordered pizza online at 9:50 and they closed at 10. The online system accepted our order and said estimated time for the pizza to be ready at 10:04pm. Once we put in the directions we realized they closed at 10pm. We tried to call but the answering machine said we were calling outside of business hours. Could not in touch with anyone. We called another Ledo’s that was open later, and they told us they could make the pizza but we would have to contact this location to get refunded. Called today and they said they made the pizza but we could not get in touch with them to know this. They would not refund the money, but I am more upset by the incredibly rude customer service. Do better.

For starters the salad was twice the size pictured and everything in it was fresh and crispy. My wife and I split the Garden Salad and Cauliflower crust pizza. The pizza is only offered as a personal size but it eats like a medium. Cauliflower has 3 grams of fiber per cup so I’m thinking that’s why 4-1/2 slices from this little guy are so filling. After my last experience with small but pricey pizza’s I was nervous but the first bite took those fears away. All the cheesy yummy goodness of a pizza with none of the guilt. You won’t even know you’re eating a vegetable crust. The online order was simple and fast and the customer service at pickup was very polite and professional. Kudos all around on this one Ledo. Oh, and in case you were wondering, we picked up our lunch at the Kingstowne Center location (5890 Kingstowne Center, Alexandria, VA 22315). For $22.xx and 8-carbs per slice of pizza we will DEFINITELY be back.

I will say if you wanna try some different other than the major fast food pizza places then this is a good choice. Pizza is good and the wings are ok. I usually grab food here when I’m craving pizza but want some fresh pizza. Definitely more Italian base style. The atmosphere seems cool as they offer dine in and have a bar.

I always received excellent service here. They have a small bar with a few TVs if you want to relax for a minute and watch a game.
I have tried other Ledos around NOVA, and I prefer Kingstown.
The pizzas are never overcooked, and the food here is always consistent.

Third time visiting. Third time the food was terrible. It’s obvious, the food preparers and cooks – they have no clue. Other Ledo’s taste totally different and fresh. It almost taste like the pans are old or are not washed properly. Not using the ledo sauce the company suppliers. Overcooked the food that i could not cut the pizza with a steak knife, wth !!!! Sorry

I get Ledo pizza once in a week or two and Kingstown location is my least favorite one. Other Ledo’s pizzas are top quality. The pizza you guys make is way too oily it gets unpleasant to eat it. It’s bad enough for me to write a review.
I usually get it from other two locations and you guys don’t follow the same standards. I’m writing this to let management know that they can do some quality control. I won’t be coming here again for a pick up since this was my second time and clearly nothing changed even tho this is the closest Ledo’s for me.
