I had such a great experience at Ledo Pizza Hanover thanks to Daniel! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Ordered online, Toasted Ravioli, Fried Pickles, Pepperoni Calzone. Food was ready on time, was as listed in the menu. Toasted Ravioli (spicy) was crispy, hot, spicy and very tasty. Fried Pickles were crisp, tangy, and delicious. Calzone wasn’t cut all the way through so I could eat it in pieces, the dough was more like a Crescent than a pizza dough and was very bland. The sauce and pepperoni were fine, but it was a very messy meal and the dough was not satisfying.

Ledo’s pizza is delicious! They are never skimpy with the toppings and always friendly. Plus they have the absolute Best Chicken Wings around. My family usually gets the Honey Old Bay wings and the Italian salad whenever we order a pizza. Their house dressing is amazing as well. I always get an extra cup of the dressing and sometimes purchase it by the jar. I also recommend trying the calzones. They have a deal on those every Tuesday.

I no longer live in MD. However, when I come back to my home state I like to get a Ledo’s pizza. Every time I have gone I’m met with great service. Today particularly I had the pleasure of being helped by Daniel. He was very kind and I had a nice little conversation with him as I was paying. The food is great and the people are friendly. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely love this Ledos!The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The crust has just the right amount of crunch, and the toppings are generous and high quality. The staff is friendly, especially Daniel, and the service is quick — you can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely my go-to spot on a Friday night!

Service, cooks, and management needs some serious improvement. On July 10 2024 at 3:37pm I ordered 6 jumbo wings (half buffalo/ half HOT HONEY). I picked up by 4pm. When I opened my box, I noticed my order was wrong. They gave me half buffalo and OLD BAY wings. I was on a traveling schedule and could not return to the store at this point. I called to notify the store of their mistake and requested a refund. The person did not apologize, refused to apologize and said he could not refund me. Do you not quality check your food before sending it out?
Disgusting and deplorable prideful customer service!
You get my paid order wrong and refuse to refund me AND refuse to offer any remorse or apology? Your business won’t prosper with employees or managers like this.
