I ordered a large pizza and mozzarella sticks online, paid online and went to pick thm up. The pizza came out just a little late, they were quite busy, I waited for over 20 minutes for the mozz. sticks asked twice about the status, the second time the young lady behind the counter said my order was getting ready to get on the grill and would be ready in about five minutes and apologized for the long wait. I told her I wans’t interested in waiting any and she could keep the mozz. sticks. She told me there were no refunds and I told her that was ok, I just needed to leave. Later that evening the manager called and apologized for the long wait and told me that he ad already refunded my entire order. I told that wasn’t necessary but he said it was already done. I explained that I had been coming there for over 20 years and it was the first time I had a problem and I would continue to do business there and thanked him for his kind gesture of the refund. The two stars for service was a one night occurence, normally it’s five stars across the board.

I just love coming here. The manager, Ramzi made my group feel like we had been coming there for years. I had the Meatball Sub and it reminded me of a place my mother would take my sister and me. The food, service and the place is clean. It is a must stop place for lunch or dinner.

New Years zebra, We had a pizza- large $31.it was raw dough &.the toppings slide off. It was so awful. you cannot tell after everything cut into pieces and it was so soft and gooey that we could not even cut it ourselves

Ledo Pizza in Clarksville MD is a SUPERB location !!! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are always pleasant. The pizza is fantastic !!! Our latest favorite is half Hawaiian and half onion & pineapple. An all-time favorite is ham and sausage.

I dined in for a late weekday lunch and everything was superb! I’ve been to several Ledos over the last 25 years but this was my first visit to the Clarksville location. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful in anticipating my needs. They have a few weekday lunch specials and I got the 6 wings one that came with fries and a drink. Wings were huge and still crispy on the outside, and covered in ample sauce. You can’t go wrong ordering anything on the menu that comes with Ledo sauce!
My visit was in October and the restaurant had lots of halloween-themed decorations up. Most were tame spiders and pumpkins, but the front window in the dining room was covered in a huge wrap of shadowy figures and blood splatters. If visiting with small children during this time of year, you might want to avoid sitting near the front windows where this display is visible. Oh, and they also have free wifi if that’s something you are looking for while dining in.

Do not bother with this location. They are incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. It was a busy day and I made an order online, but my mom was picking up. She went to pick it up, but because she accidentally said my maiden name, they dismissed her and made her go to the end of the line again before she could correct herself. I understand needing the correct name, but to completely dismiss someone, give them attitude, and then make them return to the end of the line before she could correct herself is a little harsh. I already was on the fence about them from previous experiences with equally horrible customer service, but I’ll be sticking with Fulton from now on. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to Fulton.

I love this Ledos most of all of them. Calazone are great. Chicken Parm is another favorite and their pizza is fantastic. Only concern is the 14 min projected time to have an order OUT – is not based on any current delay in the kitchen. I had to wait 20min After the 14min for my calazone to come out. The website needs a tune up.

I stopped by Ledo Pizza while I was in the area and honestly wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a 16” pizza and six jumbo wings, and within minutes my food was brought out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The pizza was exactly what I was craving, and the wings were cooked just right.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The manager, Ramzi, went out of his way to be helpful and welcoming, checking in to make sure everything was good. It made the whole experience feel even better.
