I stopped by this Ledo Pizza location today to pick up a large cheese pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised. This isn’t my usual Ledo’s, but the experience was just as good—maybe even better. The pizza was ready right when I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the price was consistent with other locations. The pizza itself was delicious, just what I was hoping for. I also noticed they have tables for dine-in, which is a nice option if you’re not taking it to go. I’d definitely stop by again!

I have been to several Ledo’s Pizza locations and I have NEVER been disappointed. Absolutely delicious. This location was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient to the beltway and my order came out in a timely manner. I will definitely revisit and try other things on the menu. Ps, we got a 1/2 & 1/2 pizza: half veggie lovers & half deluxe, 18″ w/30 slices, total $33.33. Enough for leftovers. No cooking. I am a happy camper

Since moving to NYC from the Maryland/DC area I truly miss Ledo’s! There isn’t anything like it and they need to bring one to NYC and shut it down up here…please! :). But for now, I always make it a point to get a pizza whenever I come back down to visit…you should too

Awful! I was sick from food and no one greeted me when I came in…a girl in the back literally looked at me and then called for her co-worker who looked throughly confused as to why I was there….and said nothing to me…just handed me the box and walked away.

2017 This place is hit-or-miss sufficient for quick bite to eat the Staff is subpar except for maybe one person Never go here if you and a rush because if they tell you 20 minutes that means 35. The only reason I go here it’s because it’s 3 minutes away from my home. But if you have time I will just drive to the next Ledo

I was initially very pleased to have a Ledo’s Pizza located so close by; however, this location has consistently declined in quality. The staff appears unprofessional and inattentive to basic hygiene practices. On multiple occasions, I have observed employees handling money and then going directly into food preparation without washing their hands.
The customer service experience is equally disappointing, as the staff often gives the impression that they do not want to be there. Additionally, the restaurant frequently appears unclean, including both the dining area and the staff themselves. Overall, this location does not meet the standards I would expect from the Ledo’s brand.

Smaller than many Ledo locations. I believe management has changed somewhat recently. This location is cleaner, the pizzas are more uniform in preparation, and the staff are friendly and professional. Much improved!

Pizza is great. Attitude weak. Location and condition was not great. Was in Maryland and craved my Ledo’s. Got my fix and that was what I wanted.

The order was a veggie pizza. I received a pepperoni. The cook was sitting in the waiting area on her phone.. Went to the back. Never washed her hands. Then boxed my order. The resturant was not very clean and children’s was running around in the kitchen. The manager did not show any concern that my order was wrong. Stay away.. Needless to say he never returned my call for a refund. Horrible customer service.

The manager was rude and wearing unprofessional and not appropriate attire to work at this place he was wearing sandals and not gloves which makes it unsanitary, then he literally screamed at me and argue for like 20 mins just because my kids needed cups to drink soda as we purchase a 2 liter and he was screaming saying that he would loose money if he gave me the 3 cups I was asking for. I’m glad the cashier was there and provided the cups to us. Shout out to her because they need more employees like her. I could have paid the $3 per cup but the fact that I spent $60 and all I asked for was 3 cups to drink a 2 liter soda, not acceptable. The way the manager approached me it was not the best way to handle the situation. I’m very disappointed about the service at this location as I have been a fan and a loyal customer for over 15 years.
