Overpriced and tasteless. The pizza was so small and thin for the price I paid it was pathetic. The breadsticks were so dense, dry and bland. I would rather eat frozen breadsticks from the grocery store that I make in the air fryer. Literally never had a breadstick that bad, not sure how you can mess up something so simple. And then I got two of the chocolate cheesecake cupcakes and they are so tiny, but I still hoped it would be good… It was dry, dense and horrible just like the breadsticks! Our first time ever ordering from Ledos and will definitely be the last. So disappointing! Highly recommend going to Roberto’s pizza and Italian on Elliot rd instead!!!

Ledos was kind enough b to give me a birthday discount. I ordered a carryout pizza on line. The item was ready before the estimated time. The cashier was friendly and efficient. The pizza was hot and fresh with plenty of cheese.

Very disappointing. I love ledo Pizza but not cold. I drove from Cambridge to get pizza and knew it would be only warm by the time I got home. I ordered it for curbside. Never got it curbside so I called. She said oh it’s just coming out of the oven. Waited 7 minutes. Nothing delivered to my car. So I finally went in, which was not easy because I’ve recently had knee surgery.. when I called I said I’d been there waiting. And my receipt which is stapled to the bag gives my car description for the curbside order that I placed when online. And of course by the time I got my pizza it was cold getting into the car. So by the time I got home it wasn’t even warm anymore. Also, I tip for the curbside. And then I had to deliver it to myself. I know it’s cold out, but like I said I recently had knee surgery so I was also going to tip the person who brought it to my car. An additional tip. As much as I loved ledo Pizza, the Easton shop is nothing. I will go to again.

What even is this, does anyone even know? Is this safe for a human to consume? The world may never know! These are the French Fries I received with my order from Ledo’s today… these fries look like a full color topographical map of Utah. Everything else I ordered was fine and tasted good.

This place has gone down hill tremendously in the past two years. A grilled chicken salad you get I guess chicken taste weird and is both but fat and this is the second time different meals that my husband couldn’t even eat. The service is so slow always 1 waitress even on the weekends. You will sit and wait over 2 hours to even leave . We have given it many shots but now after 4 times in a row it has only gotten worse . We now won’t go back and it used to be our favorite place.

I had a discount card from the high school and I was supposed to get 10% off any purchase there. I ordered a sub and a side. The waitress/manager told me it was a mistake that they were on the card and that they would not honor the discount. My family and I won’t eat there in the future.

Worst service I’ve ever received at a Ledos. Anyone knows me knows I love Ledos, but this last trip was bad, waitress non attentive no refill offered, heard her ask the surrounding tables for refills and a take home cup, my daughter and I got nothing like that. Just a bad bad experience.

This is the 2 time I’ve got bad service from this location 2 weeks ago I had a rude waitress, I complained and the girl I talked to on the phone promised me a discount on my next visit, I just was there this evening I told the waitress my name and that I was promised a discount on my next visit and the girl said I couldn’t get a discount because it wasn’t in the system and the waitress acted like I was lying and all she gave was a lousy 20 percent discount and at first she wasn’t going to give me any discount at all and the pizza was burnt and dry when it was brought out and I had to argue with her to make me another pizza, she also had nerve to say that I had to pay for the pizza whether I liked it or not and she hardly came to our table, I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy, my advice to the owner is that you shouldn’t have ignorant unprofessional kids running the place, if you care about your customers then do something about until then it’s the worst place to go
