We ordered the football special for dinner last week and my satisfaction rate for Ledo went all the way down. The food was not up to par at all. The pizza was cold and didn’t look fresh. The boneless chicken that they gave us were so small and tasteless. Bottom line…there was no effort put into this. On top of that, the guy tried to SELL me someone else’s cancelled order. That should have not happened. For what they gave us in our order, his offer should have been free. I also wrote a complaint with corporate but no one had the decency to contact me to discuss my issue further. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Ledo Pizza again.

Pikesville Ledos couldn’t get my order right after 3 tries. I ordered a veggie pita combo and just got a gyro. It was my fault I didn’t check before I left the store so I’ll know next time. I’ll try again in about a month for better service

Came in at 8: 25 pm to order a sub and pizza. Nobody’s in the restaurant but two old white ladies. And the young Indian guy at the front made me and my girl feel real uncomfortable…. Kept walking around faking like he was wiping tables and sweeping the floor. Whole time given us the side one… I guess he was mad cuz me and my girl look like we was having a good time…. I guess this ledo’s only service Jewish white folks with respect….. And the food look like it was just slapped together…

Ate dine-in lunch on a weekday with my wife and two young kids. Food and service were both exceptional! The manager was very friendly and efficient in anticipating our needs. He also helped entertain our kids with silly faces and generously gave them juice boxes to go. The food was standard Ledo excellence. Whatever you get, you must have the famous Ledo sauce with it and you won’t be disappointed. Aside from the pizza, I highly recommend the Bavarian pretzel and Italian salad.
