The staff was friendly, food was pretty good. I had the chicken parmesan and my mom had the meat lover’s calzone. Big portions for each so enough for another meal.

I have never had Ledo’s before. I had a pizza with pineapple, green pepper, extra cheese, and pepperoni. Came out hot, but I’m not sure I’m a fan of the sweet sauce on the pizza, but still better than a lot of chain pizza places. I also had the cheese garlic bread really good and cheesy. The toasted ravioli had a little kick, but I did enjoy it. First time having toasted ravioli. I would definitely try this item again. Friend had the Alfredo pasta, which he enjoyed

We have been going to this location for several years eating in mostly but carrying out occasionally. We enjoy the food and the service has been good however three times in the last month we have been turned away from eating inside the restaurant because they are either too overwhelmed with the amount of people in there or they just don’t want to wait on people. This is very disturbing as like I said above we have been patronizing this location for many years. Tonight December 16th we were turned away at 8:10 pm because they were closing at 9:00 pm. We will not be coming back anymore as it has become clear that customers have become irrelevant.

This is my local Ledo’s pizza where I’ve ordered many pizza’s from. As usual, I made my order online for a 1:15pm pick up on a Sunday. To allow for some time, I took my time and arrived around 1:30pm. I checked on the online order shelf and my order was not there. There was a few people already waiting in line so after a few minutes it was my turn and I let them know I was here to pick up my order. The guy had to go back into the kitchen to check on my order and came out and said that there was a mixup in the pickup time and that my order wasn’t ready. He said that they are working on it now and that it would be about 15-20 minutes. I finally got my order around 1:55pm. Disappointed on this order.

OMG, let me start off by saying I love Ledo’s and have eating at them for years.
Tonight’s experience for me, my family and the other families around us is worth half a star or less.
The food came out piping hot (as it should). The flavors were delicious as always.
The SERVER!!!!! TEMU WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO HAVE HIM!!!
1st he walked around fixing his hair and took about 10 min to ask us our drink orders (WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THERE AT THE TIME).
He brought out our appetizers with no appetizer plates, no flatware and no napkins (I got napkins from the cashier).
After I got napkins, he brought napkins and appetizer plates to our table.
The he brought out our lasagna…. no flatware and no plates. I asked for flatware for me and my wife. He brought out one fork and one knife, then walked off. I got up to look for more but had to ask another server for assistance. He actually brought some out and asked if we needed anything else. The family next to us ordered soup, when their food came out he placed it on the table.. no flatware. I looked at the gentleman and asked if he was at “Rent’em Spoons” (Martin show joke reference). He laughed.
We had a choice of pizza establishments to choose from tonight and I chose this Ledo’s near our house. I let my family down and apologized to them.
If you want Ledo’s visit the one on Wilkens Blvd or near Security Square Mall. They actually have good customer service and food to match.

Instated a 18+ policy in order to dine in which they do not display anywhere online, shooing away loyal and honest patrons and laughing in their faces in person and over the phone. Will never give them my hard earned money again, completely overpriced for the disrespect. There are several options nearby that are cheaper and tastier that don’t discriminate.

Clean and less crowded Ledo’s location during weeknights. Service is quick, friendly staff. Pizza’s are always cooked the correct Ledo’s standard. Highly recommend this particular location vs others we have experienced.

All orders were backed up 15-20 min on a Friday night. Food was okay, but not exciting.
We usually like white pizzas, but theirs has a aioli sauce on it. Big mistake. It’s like putting mayonnaise in your white pizza sauce. Yuck.
Also had a 6 pack of chicken wings, and got them half buffalo, half Old Bay. They put 3 wings in each take-out container, waste of plastic.
Finally the spicy jalapeno Ravioli Bites were just ok. Needed to be dipped in something and their sauce isn’t my favorite. Tastes like they almost burned the tomatoes as they were reducing them in the sauce.
