Came in with my boss to pick up a office lunch order. Everyone was extremely polite and super friendly. Food was hot and ready. There was a bystander that walked in asking to use the restroom and since its only for customers he was extremely rude to the staff and didn’t understand. They handled it the correct way.

The best, felt bad I had just gotten back from being at an emergency appt at an animal hospital in Ellicott city it was 915 pm placed an order knowing they were closing soon but I was starved. I was there in about 10 minutes and they were just cutting the pizza I walked in and it was hot and ready to go. It was the best pizza and the best part of my night. You guys rocked it! Thank you so much, it was really needed!!

Went in for lunch with my best friend and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The pizza was undercooked and just not good, and the calzone was sent back because it was still cold in the center—the cheese wasn’t even melted. Not what we expected and definitely not enjoyable.

I had a great experience at Ledo’s thanks to the manager, Joey! He was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. You can really tell he cares about his customers and his team. Excellent service and great atmosphere — Joey truly makes the experience at Ledo’s even better

this location needs to take serious tips on customer service from other locations. the food was a little burnt also but it did taste good still. the sweet tea tasted old and the to go pizza was an oval shape like they’re trying to cut costs or something.. very disappointed and will never come back to this location again. ledos is an amazing place, just not this one.

Had a bad review up previously and have taken it down to replace it with this one. Was there on saturday or sunday and everyone inside is so kind and down to earth. The Manager kept poking his head out into the dinning room to make sure everything was okay even though i’m sure he was busy with the counter. My only actual complaint is i wish there were name tags and that the TVS were place a little better

We walked in and was greeted by an amazing, Ms. Paulie. And Lala. They were amazing. More on Ms. Paulie in Kid section. The Pizza was good. The drinks kept overflowing, sweet tea. Lala kept checking on us every couple minutes. What amazing customer service dining experience.

They have rats and mice – I was there at 530 in the afternoon and a mouse/ or baby rat was running through the establishment. Everyone on staff was acting like it was perfectly normal.
