Don’t order salads from here! Go to Piccoli Piatti instead it’s in the Westbard shopping center about 3 minutes away!!
I ordered a chicken Caesar salad that contained very little chicken and was made mostly of lettuce stems. I spoke with the manager about the issue, and he told me the chicken is weighed and the salads are made fresh every day. He offered to replace the salad, but the second one also appeared to contain mostly stems.
When I showed him a video of the amount of stems I had picked out, he became defensive and said he believed the stems were “the best part,” insisting the salad was perfectly fine. After it became clear that I was still dissatisfied, his demeanor shifted—he became pushy, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. Although I was not finished speaking, he stopped listening, attempted to hand me another subpar salad, and motioned for me to leave while saying, “Have a good day.”
Overall, I felt disregarded and disrespected, and the issue with the quality of the salad was never properly addressed.

I had their pizza catered to the National Institutes of Health. It was good. Personally I preferred the pizza in New Haven and in New York, but this style of pizza is nice as well. I think it would have been better eating it hot out of the oven, it was barely warm when I got it. Would try this place again in person next time in the DMV.

After a hiatus of several years from Ledo’s Pizza, the Jan. 2026 snowstorm brought us back for the River Road location for a carry out order. We wonder why we waited so long. The two personal-sized pizzas were excellent. Baked to perfection, each pizza featured ample toppings and tasty sauce. I enjoy pizza and know there are plenty of options near us. Ledo’s will be on the short list.

Best pizza in the area, hands down! My family and I love Ledo Pizza and have been ordering from them for many, many years. Not only is the pizza good, but so are the subs and calzones! I love their steak and cheese sub and their meat lover calzone. Food is consistently delicious! Five stars.

Ledo’s is the Best whether you want pizza, lasagna, a great salad or any favorite appetizer and entree. Generous portions – even on their great specials. When I want a weekday party for one it’s a Tuesday Calzone Special – enough for 2 filling meals . Ledo’s Sauces are great gifts for yourself or your Favorite Italian

This used to be our neighborhood pizza joint. Would go twice a week sometimes even more with the family.
I went on a Friday evening at 6pm to order a takeaway for hungry kids. After taking the order the person tells me will be ready in 20 min. I come back in 25 minutes and they say sorry looks like the pizza we made for you is somewhat burnt, so will make another one for you. I fully understand that, so no worries. They said the new one is almost ready, come back in 10 min. I come back after 15 minutes, and said Hey.. Im still waiting. One of the servers gets unhappy and says to me..do you want to take a half-baked pizza?
Im going to another location from now, and would recommend anyone considering going here to think twice about the service you will get at this location, especially if you are going with young kids or family.

Very upbeat and nice valentine’s day night here ….. Italian sausage pizza was very tasty ….. Complimentary champagne and dessert cupcake made the holiday special! ….. Good festive decor too …. A very well-run business.

Moved away from DC and was recently back for some Ledo’s pizza which will always have a nostalgic, special place in my heart! Not sure if this location has new management, but the team is incredibly kind, helpful, respectful and quick! Pizza is yummier than I remember 🙂

Ate lunch here for the first time with a friend who had eaten here recently and am happy we did! The veggie calzones and brownie cheesecake cupcakes were delicious and the server was very friendly and efficient–all of the staff went out of their way to greet us and make sure we were enjoying the food. The prices are very reasonable for this area for a sit-down restaurant (they do carry-out orders, too). I highly recommend Ledo’s Pizza!

I used to come here all the time as a child, so I was excited when I was in the area and could grab a pizza. Ordered online, saw you could choose between fountain or bottle sodas, which was great, I can’t stand bottled soda. Chose the fountain soda. When I got to the restaurant, the fountain wasn’t working, no biggie, I asked for a refund. They refused to give me one. I probably could have made more of a stink, but after they huffed and puffed and rolled their eyes when I asked for a refund twice, I decided to just drop it.The dude recoiled when I asked for a refund, not sure how it could be that difficult. Would be nice if they could remove the option of fountain soda on the site as an option if it is not an option. Also on my receipt it rang up as bottle soda even though I 100% selected fountain, might want to fix that.
