First of, besides a lunch special Ledos seem to never offer its customers any specials or deals like the other pizza places despite their pricey pizzas. My two toppings medium pizza was nearly $20. Secondly, when I walked in and purchased my pizza, the clerk “Muhammad” didnt even greet me, smile or thank me for my business. In fact, I thanked him for taking my money and handing me a receipt. Still not a word of “thank you” or “you’re welcome.” Lastly, I will say my pizza was delicious as expected and have no complaints besides the high cost and low customer service.

I attempted to buy a pizza for lunch however while I was standing inside Ledos a Spanish man came in off the street and began spraying pesticides. He began in the dining area and proceeded around the customer counter. He continued to spraying in the kitchen area where they were preparing food. The lady taking orders told him that the manager will be upset to learn you ate spraying during business hours. The Spanish man in a rude non chalant manner said you weren’t here and I had another job. I said something to the lady and the Spanish man said rude things to me. She should have made him stop spraying and customers and the food area. Very disrespectfu; disturbing, and disgusting. I wish I knew the name of the pesticide company.

I have not been to this Ledos in a while but have never experienced what I experienced Saturday. I placed an online order on Saturday 11/1. I walked in and saw a sign that stated “Online orders pick up here”. I walked over and waited as the young lady walked away to assist the guest in the dining area. Well she comes backs looks me in my face, then answered the phone and continued to ignore me.
Another lady walks in and the gentleman working the front greets her and gives her, her phone order. I then asked him. Can I get my online order from you? Why is there a sign for online pickup at another station and then no assistance. He said he didn’t know, but he could help me. He was very nice, polite and assistance me and even apologized for the girl Jasmine’s behavior. Jasmine should not be working as a hostess/waitress if she does not want to assist all guest. My staff would never treat a guest the way she did because “WE” understand that it’s our guest that allow each of us to have a job.
Crazy is i brought $15 worth of food and gave them a $8 tip. Never again, thanks to Jasmine.

This Ledo doesn’t normally disappoint but I got a cauliflower crust deluxe pizza and the toppings were a little skimpy this time. I had to look at it twice because I thought they gave me the wrong pizza. Hopefully things aren’t changing there. I’ll give them another shot and see because I love Ledo pizza.

I have loved Ledo Pizza for decades. I am never disappointed, no matter what I order. I particularly enjoy the pizza (medium, extra cheese, onions and mushrooms); and the fried chicken salad. I have no complaints about the food. I usually get carry-out. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Yesterday I was hosting my baby shower. We had called the day before to place our order of eight pizzas. We requested a pick up time of 11:30 as our event was at 12. I then went to pay for the order over the phone however the male that took my order, manager I believe, indicated that payment could instead be accepted the day of. I found this odd, but followed their lead.
I arrived at the restaurant the day of the event at 11:45. The young woman at the counter ( very sweet) informed me that the pizzas were not ready and were instructed by their manager not to start them until I arrived to give payment since the order was over one hundred dollars.
The cashier then told me it would be fifteen minutes. This however was not the case and I didn’t get the pizzas until 12:40… I was 45 minutes late to MY first ever baby shower. This was a horrible experience and am so upset to have been treated with such ineffectiveness at the direction of management. The same management that was not even present to provide an apology and abandoned their team to explain their error.

We order from the waldorf ledo’s quite frequently. This has been the worse experience ever. My pizza was burnt so we ate what we could. The other pizza was way to much grease to even try to eat. The rest of these pizza’s are going in the trash. We will not be ordering from here anymore.

The food is good, but the service is not. They tell you that it will take 20 minutes, and ask your name, but never calls your name at all. So by the time you get your food its already cold… And that’s being there to carry out… I don’t know how it is being there to dine in…

Hands down the best Ledo Pizza in the Southern Maryland area! There service is excellent and their pizzas, salads and chicken wings are very good. A must go to for dine-in or carry out.
