This has been my family’s favorite pizza since before I was born. The sauce is special and different than other pizza spots. The toppings are high quality. I love their thick slice pepperoni but also appreciate the halal pepperoni. Both very good! I also love the old bay wings. Started off as my mom’s favorite pizza shop and now it’s my son’s favorite. Pretty cool when I think about it ❤️ I’ve dined in and taken it to go from this location. Good either way.

Routinely, my many pizza purchases have always met expectations…all the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. This visit, the jumbo wings sections I ordered were not prepared quite as requested online, but they are consistently a larger size than most fast food/carry out locations. Worth visiting this location!!

The lasagna was actually some of the best I’ve had (excluding homemade and Stouffer’s). Very clean inside, friendly waitress with great service. The cookies were delicious. The bathroom was kind of smelly and dank hence the 4 stars. Everything else was awesome.

I ordered online, arrived 30 mins later just to wait another 40 mins. A bunch of people were waiting and they keep cooking orders for people who weren’t there. They should prioritize waiting customers. The two cashiers (Indian guy and the lady) seemed confused under the pressure so they messed up things. I understand it was on Halloween night but they were lacking organization.

While I absolutely love Ledo Pizza, I can’t support businesses that intentionally overcharge you and don’t tell you until later without fixing it.
We came here to eat as this was a newer location and I’ve been to almost all locations.
Immediately, we saw the cashier was new and she didn’t really know what s he was doing.
We ordered a two topping pizza and expected it to be about $27 or $28 after tax and pre-tip. I didn’t pay any attention as we swiped her card, however, at the end of the meal, I asked for our receipt and saw that they had intentionally charged us for two sodas despite us never asking for that.
I immediately asked them to remove that extra charge, however the cashier said she didn’t know how and there was no one at the store to help do that. She suggesting contacting the corporate office.
I immediately contacted them after this issue, but they have yet to respond to me now one month later. I waited to write this review until I had given ample time for them to rectify the situation. I provided customer support with all the transaction details and store information, yet they do not wish to correct this issue.
Avoid this location at all costs, as they intentionally try to get more money out of you and will not fix it.

Usually love their food. Must have let the cook take vacation because pizza & chkn wings were absolutely unremarkable last couple of times there (Dec 2025).

I am a teacher at Noyes ES. I recommend this Ledo’s on 12th and Franklin St. NE to anyone who wants great food and atmosphere. The customer service was superb and my students were very happy. Ms. Pam and her team provided exceptional service. They made sure we were well taken care of. We will see you soon! Thanks for everything!

I was going to this store when it first opened once or maybe twice a week until today. That pizza was made with so much cheese and not enough sauce. The kids left 13 slices in the box that’s not normal for Ledos! Please fix it! I stopped going to Ledos on H st for this reason Georgia Ave as well!
