i did a pick up order and they gave me the wrong pizza, i walked in i said my name and that i ordered a hawaiian and they handed me one that seems like its meat lovers or lovers or something like that. also the pizza was super thin and hard to chew. very disappointed.

Ordered online 2 cauliflower crust pizzas, 4 extra ranch, and 2 salad bars I was charged for. I wasn’t told until after I paid they didn’t have cauliflower crust. Didn’t receive my 4 extra ranch or salad bars I paid for either. Paid $147.00 and received half my order then told they can’t reimburse me they have to email corporate to get reimbursed. That’s convenient for them I’m sure to charge for things they can’t deliver or reimburse right away.

Absolutely disgusting! Lettuce at the salad bar was all brown and mushy! Toppings and dressings were empty. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it looked like it just came out of the microwave. Meatballs were still cold. Definitely not worth $26.

I got a 12 inch pizza and six chicken wings which cost me $50.59 The pizza was nasty tasted like stale frozen pizza to me. The chicken wings weren’t bad. Had the mango habanero sauce. I’ll never go back to the fact that it cost way too much for a frozen pizza very little toppings

I ordered a pizza from this place online 6 hours early to be delivered to my girlfriend from out of town. 5-10 minutes before the pizza is to be delivered I get a call from this restaurant telling me that their oven broke and they would not be able to make the pizza. So disappointing and inconvenient!!! And I have yet to receive a refund. I would give everything zero stars, if I could.

Stop by a few days ago to grab an Italian pizza and it was as good as always, very flavorful just a great combination of ingredients just the right amount of sauce, perfect. I met kate, she was very helpful and friendly with a great attitude. I stopped by today to grab a special request / off menu Pizza that she had created, the garlic bread pizza I added pepperoni and it was very delicious I had actually been dreaming about that pizza since she let me try a piece last time. I took the first bite, burned my mouth, it was still very hot. Once I got past the searing pain of hot lava burning my mouth, everything else was delicious to the last bite. I feel like this is the only way I’m going to order pizza from now on, except for the Italian which is always going to be one of my favorites.

Came to ledgens because everybody was saying it was good pizza, pizza was okay, not the greatest, but okay. What really got me was the guy placing my order basically stealing for me, i ordered my Pizza. He said, don’t worry about the tip part Just sign your name, should have been my first red flag, i proceeded to pay and did not get a receipt my wife asked for the receipt. We went to go eat and when I was putting the receipt in my pocket, I noticed that he had tipped himself eight dollars. If I had not been given the receipt it would have gone unnoticed. Makes you wonder how many people he is stealing from. He called the manager on the phone and let him know of the situation,I asked him if I could talk to his manager he said no that he would just give me my money back, that there was no need for me to talk to his manager, and supposedly hung up the phone
