The only two saving graces – great customer service and the pork belly.

I tried an Alcapurria it was the worst I’ve ever tasted in my life. Definitely not fresh they should join TooGoodToGo which is an app which allows restaurants, convenience stores, and fast food places to give away food for a lower cost in limited quantities instead of throwing the food out or serving old food to people.

The Chinese fried rice was mediocre my mom found it too salty. The chicken bbq was horrible! The yuca was bad! The pork wasn’t bad and pork belly wasn’t bad. My mom wasn’t thrilled about the dessert she had budin the taste just wasn’t there.

I also had octopus and shrimp salad. The taste wasn’t bad but I felt the acidity was over the top. Maybe too much onions and vinegar. Way overpowering!

The cost doesn’t reflect the quality.

Good amount of parking, service went pretty quickly and places to sit inside. Wasn’t dirty, atmosphere pretty nice.

Service was slow the one time I went, big line and only one serving food while the other staff just talk. Definitely needs improvement. They overload you with rice that when is time for your protein there is not much space in your plate. The Food it’s good, not bad at all.

Did catering for an event. Picked food up. During this pickup it took over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged that I was standing their to request for the catered food. None of the food was ready to go, they started to pack the food right at that time. it needed to be ready at a certain time and it wasnt. It seemed like they forgot. Chicken tray for event was cold and salty. Yuca tray barely had onions in it. I wasn’t impressed.

Look the food is really good, no complaints about the food and variety. ONLY reason they get a 4/5 is because they serve you up 3/4 of rice and 1/4 of meat/protein. I find myself at home basically protein gone with a few servings and a bunch of rice left over for next day for nothing. AGAIN, FOOD IS DELICIOUS! But please maybe a be less like Chipotle with the protein and serve up enough to last with the rice. One lunch a normal person can def eat 2-3 times out of it or 2 people could share, but again the protein portion is lacking. Besides that it would be a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overpriced and little portions for a casual grab and go, cafeteria style establishment. Was here two weeks ago and this box was less than $10, I thought it was affordable so I came back, but now I got the same one and it was over $15. Very little portions packed in a small 8 in styrofoam box. Box included 3 small pieces of plantain and chicken was really dried with frozen meat taste to it, took a few bites and gave the rest to my dog, the $5 costco chicken tastes way better than this. Definitely not coming back.
