I don’t know what it is.But these sandwiches are incredible. It’s a small menu, but everything i’ve tried has been A+. Fresh ingredients? Great service.
I am traveling for work and am upset that there’s nothing like this back home. Everything is done well. Great selection ,great quality, great staff. I’m going to go ahead and say it that this is the best sandwiches i’ve had in a long time, so i’m gonna say the best in the state. And they have cheesecake and pasta, salad and potato salad and chicken salad and they have a sandwich reward program. When you buy, I think it’s twelve sandwiches. You get a free one which is a good deal.I’m walking down the street and look forward to lunchtime every day because of this place. I don’t understand why it doesn’t have five stars, but it should because this place is incredible. I meant to take a picture of my food but I ate it all and then realized I needed to leave a review. So maybe I’ll add some pictures next time

Fresh, great quality deli. Really enjoyed both sandwiches we got. They also have shepherds pie to take home, and chicken pot pie. The drink selection is limitless.

As many other reviews have stated, the food is bland and expensive. The chicken pot pie costs $25 and was the worst chicken pot pie that I have ever had. The chicken tasted like they boiled it, shredded it, and just tossed it into this bland pie.

I do not think there was any seasoning added whatsoever. The sauce was watery. There was absolutely zero love put into this. It tastes like whoever made this does not enjoy cooking.

I thought I’d stop in to support a local spot. Staff were friendly, and the shop was clean. The sandwich .. underwhelming. $20 for a “large” sandwich after tax and then promoted for a tip. Nothing to write home about. Would normally be $10-14 at other places based on the 8” deli roll it was served on. I can’t say I’ll be back with those prices and average food.

The sandwich was absolutely delicious and the lady who rang me up was super friendly, and informative and helpful. They have a cute area to sit and eat while looking out the window at Route 1 or a gorgeous outdoor seating area with picnic tables that is shaded by tress. 10/10 will come back again. 🙂

Almost no seating indoors but if it’s a nice day there are 5 picnic tables outside. They use all Boars Head meats and cheeses and good ingredients to make a nice sandwich. Good selection of beverages. Service was very nice and food was ready quickly. Very tasty.

Welcoming, local, good quality. In addition to the deli case, sandwiches and soft drinks, there is also a selection of bottled wine ! Really kind staff.

I’d heard good things about Leavitt & Sons so was excited to get a chance to try them. Honestly, I was disappointed. I got the Caprese Sandwich and while it had a nice thick slice of fresh mozzarella, there wasn’t much flavor to the sandwich. There was very little balsamic vinaigrette on the sandwich, and just one slice of tomato. Given that caprese was in the sandwich name, I expected some pesto or basil flavor. The bread was soft, but not like a Ciabatta roll that I was hoping for. Especially for $11, it wasn’t worth it. Maybe it was an off day for them, but Town Landing Market and Clayton’s are nearby, so I won’t bother getting sandwiches here again.

I’ve been trying really hard to like this shop, but I just can’t. I tried the signature L&S roast beef today, grabbed a caffeinated beverage from the cooler and a small bag of chips, $24.59 then was prompted for a tip while the cashier stared at my hand while choosing.

The sandwich was poorly constructed for a bulkie roll, the roast beef is boars head brand, but it must have been a few days since slicing, no red or pink at all. No salt, no pepper. Onions were at least 24 hours since being cut, and I’d venture to guess it was closer to 48 hours. The horseradish sauce was also boars head brand.

For a $26 dollar lunch, I’d like at least something to be home made and unique but this just ain’t it.

Pass. I ordered a salad. And most of the lettuce was severely wilted, the ends were brownes, and in many spots I straight up had to remove just black spots of rotten lettuce. If they are willing to offer this as a salad, imagine the lettuce that makes it into your sandwich. No thanks.
