The service is excellent: the staff is very friendly, attentive, and quick, which makes the experience even better. The place is also clean, cozy, and has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
Definitely a restaurant worth visiting if you’re in the area. Highly recommended!
However, this was my first visit to the actual store There’s an extreme lack of customer appreciation. No one seemed to even notice or care that we had walked in the door. We were not greeted by anyone whatsoever. While waiting for our food we watched three other people walking with no greetings as well. It’s a very depressing atmosphere. There’s very poor lighting and While no one was actually rude, the people working looked like they absolutely hated their life. Not even a smile from any one.
We ordered 2 subs, a calzone, and a 2 liter and were told it would take 10 to 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes we got our food and left. Upon getting home we realized that whoever packed the food put the calzone in the bag sideways in the box. All the contents of the calzone had leaked out. On top of that the calzone wasn’t even warm and the onions inside weren’t cooked at all. The cheese was barely melted. The soda was flat I chose to give three stars because the subs were actually very decent and worth ordering again, and the restaurant itself looked very clean. I’m unsure if I would go again but if I do it probably won’t be for a long time. It sucks that this is the only pizza shop in the area unless you wanna go to the bar.
Guess it depends on who is working.
Got 3 Julienne salads last week that were great. This week the salad is missing the eggs.
O well, it happens.
The assorted sub with oil was dripping oil- a bit excessive, otherwise a decent sub.
Dripped oil the entire time eating it.
I explained that my friends did not look like that so he snatched the steak back and asked what I wanted him to do and I said I would like a sandwich with cooked meat. He was very angry but proceeded to make a new sandwich. He showed the roast beef on a plate that he had thrown in the microwave to prove it wasnt pink amd said, I just opened a new pack of roast beef, that is why it was pink. Wait, who makes a cheesesteak with roast beef???? We could hear him slamming microwave doors and counters. It was such an uncomfortable experience that I no longer wanted the sandwhich but with all of his anger issues, I decide I would just wait until we left to discard the sandwich. I’m honestly surprised I didn’t walk out the door wearing the sandwich. Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible food and even more horrible people.
