An absolutely delightful evening – we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!! Very delicious food (all locally sourced) and prepared exceptionally!! Presented beautifully as well!! The hosts are very lovely and we really enjoyed chatting in French – as best we could- trying to work out the menu! This is part of the fun and experience of visiting different countries! Every course was so good!!! My fish was so tender and tasty – just melted in my mouth!! Highly recommended!!!

Stéphane and his team have created a beautiful place for amazing meals and conviviality. A friend recommended Le Vertumne and we were so thrilled to spend an evening there. All three courses were so fresh and so well prepared. Highly recommend, merci Stéphane!

We had a great time in this small restaurant , wonderful staff accommodation, great meal, great wine. all went very well.
In this restaurant, they genuinely do what has to be done to make your time them great and succulent for you. You can feel it.
Menu is original, lots of vegetables: for instance the local smash potatoes has a an underlying taste of lemon that makes the purée unique..
All ingredients are fresh, delicious
we highly recommended the place.

Very tasty food for an affordable price! Great choice of starters and dishes on both Menu’s! Service is very nice and efficient! Happy to come back any time! I would like to recommend the terrine starter, which was by far the best I ever tried, really amazing! The restaurant is not big, they take reservations until 20h30. It is strongly recommended to take reservations!

A hidden nice family restaurant near the walking area in Annecy. Vertumnus was the Roman God of vegetations and metamorphosis. We felt warmly welcomed like by the family… after walking on the autumn slight rain for 15min…The foie gras escalope is a must !!!! Do not miss this top quality foie gras cooked with love.

My absolute favorite meal of our trip! The soup, entree, dessert and wine were all fantastic, and we loved the quieter atmosphere and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend the lamb and chocolate mousse—if you are in Annecy, this place is a must.
