We tried the 3 course menu and were genuinely impressed. The foie gras was exceptional, the duck was perfectly cooked, and desserts — especially the mango & passion fruit pavlova — were outstanding.
Service was warm, attentive and sincerely knowledgeable. The lady who looked after us elevated the whole experience with her positive energy and great communication.
Honestly, it was better than some Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve visited. Cozy atmosphere, refined cooking, and excellent service — highly recommended.

Exceptional! Innovative and all very flavorful. It’s a three course tasting menu, with little surprises from the chef in between. The fois gras melted in your mouth. Dessert was light and refreshing sorbet with mango, passion fruit and meringue wafers. Delicious. Add a nice bottle of bordeaux blanc and we had a lovely afternoon.

Everything was delicious. We were in Paris last day and had a meal in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I can say that this is much, much better than that. Their food was delicious, and their wine recommendation was just perfect. Everything was worth the price (you cannot eat this type of food at this price). They deserve a Michelin star.

Le Tertre is located in the very centre of Saint Emilion. Despite being in a touristic area, it serves an authentic local cuisine. The ingredients are all of high quality and prepared exquisitely. There is only possibility to select the menu, and it is therefore suitable if you have time to eat there and if you are not in a rush. The service was very professional and arranged the menu to our schedule after lunch time. I recommend this special place for people who want to enjoy quality food and take their time sharing moments together as a couple, family or with friends.

Small price to pay for life to be perfect for a few hours! This was one of the best meals of my life. Beautiful artistically presented and so perfect to taste. Exactly the right amount of food as well. Wonderful setting.
It is located on a very steep cobblestone street so may not be appropriate for those who are less surefooted. Once you arrive, it is a beautiful cozy interior with comfortable chairs and plenty of room to enjoy this special experience!
