Lovely modern atmosphere and consistently great food. The chicken pho was beautifully balanced – clean, fragrant broth with tender chicken and fresh veges.
The pork summer rolls were yummy but the noodles in the pho were absolute top notch. Perfectly chewy and springy

We enjoyed it so much that we ended up going every week while my sister’s family was visiting Wellington. It’s definitely a favourite for us.

So glad we found this place!
We’d just arrived in Wellington on Christmas Day with two kids and everywhere else was closed — total lifesaver.

Honestly, everything we ordered was yum. Spring rolls, fried chicken, pho, egg noodles, curry rice… all full of flavour and hit the spot after a long day. Even the kids smashed their meals, which says a lot.

Wrapped it up with a bit of dessert and it was the perfect ending. Massive thanks for being open on Christmas — really appreciate it. Would 100% come back next time we’re in Wellington.

Located in central location CBD of Wellington. There are lots of food and beverages available in menu. Food is really authentic and delicious. Service is good. Staffs are very friendly. Have space for large group. On street parking and little difficult to get.

we’ve been a regular at le saigon since they open and would highly recommend this to anyone. They have lots of big tables so perfect for work lunch or dinner party or even if you want to chill out on the bar counter. Love their pho and the springs rolls

We had a business dinner at La Saigon. We had a reservation at 6:30 on the Sunday night and the restaurant was already busy when we arrived. The service was excellent and the waiters were attentive and they were able to explain the ingredients in the different dishes. The food is amazing. Having travelled in Vietnam, I know the flavours and the meals did not let us down. Everything was fresh and the dish sizes were generous.

The best Vietnamese food I have ever had and we just stumbled across this place! The pho had the most flavourful broth and perfectly balanced saltiness. The service was attentive without being overbearing. Beautiful comfortable space. Definitely worth a visit!

Deeeeeelicious!!!
High quality ingredients, prepared to a high standard, presented authentically, and with perfect condiments to heighten the Vietnamese experience.

Would recommend for:
-Corporate entertaining
-Date nights
-Solo treats
-Small gatherings

The only thing to elevate this to flawless would be to have a mixologist to tie in the Vietnamese flavour profiles. We wouldn’t have left, and the bill would have happily been tripled.

Some of the best pho I’ve ever had. Broth is delecate and not oily at all but still packed with flavour. Free range chicken has no skin and bones. Pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff but lacking something that makes it special.. v sterile environment more car like which is fine if that’s what you’re seeking. They have a TV on in the corner which I think is crass. We had an early booking before a gig, wanted something quick but tasty and it filled up quickly so it’s popular. But food is v average.. we’ve been to Vietnam 3.The pork and vermicelli dish was tasty and generous but the banh Xeo pancake was boring, tasteless with limited prawns. Roti was thick and not flaky. Decided to stop there.. no fresh spring rolls. Lychee martini was over sweet despite me asking for it to be less so.. disappointing given the reviews. You could do better in Wellington.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a place to eat and we were so pleased we did! The staff were very friendly. They have their own Le Saigon lager on tap which was okay. The vegan spring rolls were amazing!! And the beef brisket with egg noodles was perfect (huge serving size!). We really enjoyed our dinner.
