Took my 3 daughters to the new French bistro in Potters Bar tonight and we were the opposite of disappointed! Classy service, excellent food, great ambience. Really pleasing to see it packed out. I wish them every success!

Super lucky to have a restaurant like this in PB. Classic French dishes in an authentic setting. The snails were lovely and great fun to try. Duck was also fantastic.
Portion sizes are a little small so recommend having 2 or 3 courses to make up for it.
Can’t wait to go back and try more on the menu.

All the food was under seasoned We had a calamari starter which was very tender but it completely laced any flavour. Main course we had crispy pork belly which was good but wasn’t very crispy the Bouillabaisse, fish was very well cooked but again it lacked flavour the service was very good but overall the meal just lacked flavour. The chef needs to taste his food when cooking it or maybe he ran out of seasoning in the kitchen. The whole meal came to just over £50 including service which was reasonable but was just underwhelmed by the whole experience

Enjoyed the food we shared Mussells, small but tasty, French onion soup again good, avocado crab amd salmon nice combo but not sure about the Smoked salmon taste. Calamari decent home made poor portion size! 5 rings at £7 come on needs to be double that size its not expensive to buy.
Mains were the chicken again good, pork belly nice but crackling was soft and I had the bouillabaisse which was tasty and full.of flavour.
Bottle wine 4 bottles cider and 2 itsh coffees £186
They charge service which I do not like prefer to leave at my discretion.
Sort the Calamari portion out and would have been 5 stars.

Absolutely fabulous place to eat. Before 5pm, fixed price menu which is brilliant £15:95 for 2 courses £18:95 for 3 courses.
Also eaten al le carte, very large menu choice, really good quality food.
Staff excellent, make you feel a little like home.

Absolutely love this place! Le Petit Mignon is a little gem in Potters Bar. The food is delicious , fresh and full of flavour. The staff are really friendly and make us feel so welcome. The atmosphere is cosy and authentic, like being in a real French bistro. Perfect spot for a family lunch or a relaxed dinner. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve visited a few times now and it has been brilliant every single time. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is always warm and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s such a pleasure to visit. A real little gem and looking forward to retune. Highly recommended.
